I have been there for several times to buy my building items and the prices are good and they got quality equipment for building and the staff is good to its customers theyre always giving a good service to customers.

The quality of their products is bordering on inferior. Theyre moving towards not stocking any quality brands. The most frustrating thing is their primitive invoicing system where they manually write out an invoice and use a calculator to get the total amount like in the 1970s. Its such a waste of time. The cashiers are generally friendly except the 1 that has an attitude. Lastly , their pricing was better thann their competitors for the last 6 years, now theyre moving towards the same and higher pricing. This will discourage me from buying from them and referring them to other people.
