Had a pretty negative experience. Staff was unhelpful and disinterested. Person at the till was absolutely shocked that I didnt know the product code of the item I was buying. Not to mention one of the employees was having a heated argument with a customer over the phone in front of everyone. Eish. Its not a good look guys 😕

CTM saved me thousands yesterday!!I asked for tiles of which they had no stock. Roughly R3000. I then asked for a bathroom vanity and cupboard. Also no stock. R4900. Tivoli tap was next on my list. R1000. Not hard to guess... No stock!!! Why are the tiles on the main display when there is no stock??? A simple out of stock sign or sticker would have saved me a lot of time, transport and frustration. Thanks to TileAfrica just down the road I could get everything at a better price

Very bad, unhelpfull staff, stand around for half an hour no one offer to help even after saying that I want a shower of R4500. Also sold me tiles that was the last box not telling me that is the last box, when I needed more and complained the manager said other people know that it is retail and you buy what is there. Basically implying I am stupid!

I am very dissatisfied with the service I got at CTM Westgate. I battled to find someone to assist me, was passed from one person to the next, I asked for help with matching a border and was told I can just go look for something I liked, I wanted to pay for everything and was told afterwards that I must collect the balance of the order 5 days later and had to pay the rest then. I also said several times that I dont want to take the tiles, adhesive and grout with me, but was forced to load it in my car. Very disappointing experience.

Their staff fo their best to put a smile in your face even if their product is expensive their attitude just make you want to keep him also happy by purchasing the product

Phoned ahead for a collection, they said the stock was there. When I arrived, there was no stock. Drove all the way back the next day, was first in the queue. 5 People jumped the queue. No logical order. Wont be going back.

Their customer service is bad. Bought tiles they promised to deliver on Saturday which they did incomplete and said will bring same afternoon but it never happened. Until Monday when I called and ask what was happening was told Tuesday which they called in the morning i had to cancel my appointment waited the whole day and they never came. On Wednesday morning guy called and ask when do I want my tiles. As I need them on Sunday but Wednesday was not suprised as they did not deliver so talk about inconvenience and lack of respect for customers

Not friendly at all and not shy to show distaste based on the amount of your purchase. All about the commision and once u pay they turn their backs as fast as possible! Absolutely disappointing.

Never has stock of items. Rather go to italtile.They have people on floor actually helping customers and has stock.

I walked toward the building not knowing where I had to go and before I could really move too far they called me and served me. I had to get tiles and the lady that served me knew straight away what colour it was and what cement I had to use. Their on the spot pay point held by them is very eficient. In very little time I had what I needed and was helped taking the tiles to the bakkie by very friendly staff. All round there should be another 5 stars. Love this great service.

Range and prices are good, but had to wait almost 10 minutes before I was helped on Saturday.

Not much to say - tiling shop with a good range and decent pricing. Staff are normally quite knowledgeable and helpful. Collection area is typically a waiting game. No one to explain what their process is but when its your turn to be helped the staff are willing and do all the heavy lifting getting the tiles into your car

A total disaster. Staff not keen to help! Stand around like a lost fart in a thunderstorm! Had to eventually ask someone to fetch someone to help, who also disappeared and my son had to go and find him! Then there was no stock and wait till the cows come home etc. etc. etc. Wont be supporting them ever again. 😡

These guys are a joke. My father ordered tiles and after being held on a line for a month, after numerous calls and visiting the store again, after all this he was told that he can not get the tiles at the quoted price any more. My father then left a bad review on Google for this branch, and then received a call from PR at CTM asking if the issue was resolved. My father said that it is not to which PR asked if they could offer a discount to resolve this, my father is still today waiting for the new discount offer. Pathetic

Worst ctm I ever visited, shop obvioualy is going through a renovation however it was dirty, couldnt find anyone to help me, scan for the items I wanted - after 20 minutes trying to get someone to help with service, I eventully decided to go clearwater.

Even as you walk towards the entrance there are staff to assist you. If they do not have stock they will find a branch with stock.

Staff can be a bit too pushy to make purchases sometimes. There are a lot of choices though. Has a dedicated delivery section. Big store. Parking is limited, but usually enough.
