Well the problem is it felt like the employees at the store where doing me a favour by offering me a service, people would leave their service station , while clearly seeing long ques behind , to have a a chit chat. And when it came to helping it felt like they only served you well if you look a certain way and appeal to them. And please another problem is on the 12 th October 2021 they came to deliver materials which some where building brick, half the stock was broken because ppl delivering decided to throw the material instead of carefully offloading... Half the delivered bricks were broken

They need either more cashiers or a streamlined system that allows them to capture faster.

Though we did find what we were looking for, Im disappointed at the service of the cashiers.One cashier sat down and assisted one client, then stood up and left though there was someone behind the other customer. Another cashier was so busy with one client, that people landed up having to queue for another cashier. The cashier who eventually assisted us, was so busy in conversation with the previous client that she clearly forgot where she worked. Having a line of almost 4 people waiting behind, we all watched as she just didnt care that there were people waiting to be assisted. My mom had to formally address to which she rudely responded and then said that we needed to wait because she was still busy with the client, who had already done what she needed and was just holding up the line.Considering that it is COVID, we ought to be making sure that people go in and out as QUICKLY as possible. Please train or reiterate to staff that they cannot be having conversations or disappearing while the store has customers waiting to check out. Theres no need to be in a line for 10-15min while staff do their own things...Not a good look.

Great pricing but ques and wait can get long .

Six phone calls this morning - three engaged, two picked up and immediately put down, and when I finally get through the people havent a clue about my requirements. And they refuse to put me through to the plumbing dept. All I need is one off one inch pipe, galvanised steel cut to size with threads made up. What a complete waste of time. Bleh.

The staff are helpful and they know their product offering well. Shopping at this store is usually quick and convenient. Theres also no problem in finding parking. The prices are moderate and competitive

Looked for what I Needed, could not find it. Asked at the front counter and thats where it all went South. The guy was unhelpful until I raised my voice. It did not need to come to this, just do your job! That is what you get paid for? Maybe thats the reason why most of us go to Builders Warehouse.

The place has got a very few pay points so you wait longer than normal to pay

Cant get credit on Sundays. Otherwise this store has some good deals and you can get the assistance you want.

I came to buy a tap for my kitchen sink..the service was bad..it took a a while for us to be assisted..when we did ..the guy didnt even greet us, we told him what we we wanted he was very unhelpful and just left us there, got the tap at Builders where the service was amazing.
