The gym is located in the heart of hillbrow one of the most dangerous areas in RSA but the great souls that you find inside the gym and the welcoming and friendly couches 😊 it makes it worth while to take the risk😉 A gentle but yet hard working couch his is George nkosi 👊

Ive been following how they do things there and it really makes a difference in someones life out there like my self , boxing has its own negativity but I never seem to care cz I just love the sports and they are doing the great work with youngsters there so go now and see the young ones tattling it on 😉🤜

Tomorrow happens to be my first day of boxing training.Cant wait to see what coach Georgez got for me.
