The gym is amazing and always a great place to be. Kyle and Allister are incredible trainers. They always makes an effort to get to know you better and help you to achieve your goals while still having fun. The self defence with Kyle really makes you feel empowered especially being a girl nowadays. Would recommend Kyle, Allister and the gym to anyone who asked me about training and self defence.

I recently started boxing at Fight Sports Centre Bedfordview with Coach Kyle, and having never boxed before I had to learn from the beginning. The amount I have learnt in my short time is incredible thanks to my great trainer! Kyle is an excellent trainer, disciplined, mad skills and overall great guy! I am loving every minute and the professionalism shown is what makes this place head and shoulders above the rest! From my first virtual meeting with Brendon to my boxing sessions with Kyle, I truly recommend this establishment!!

Best decision Ive made in a long time. Kyle has been a great fit as a coach, encouraging, patient and professional. Brendon has made simple changes to my day to day that have had huge positive impacts. Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent MMA training with an emphasis on discipline and self-defense. I have found my training really helpful with my confidence, as I develop my skills in MMA, and garner experience in fighting and self defence. The club is extremely welcoming and friendly both with the coaches and other members - a cool set of gents seeking to train hard and help one another. Coach Kyle is extremely supportive with training as well as other areas of life. Highly recommended.

Excellent technical training from kyle , learning alot about the different aspects of boxing . would reccomend it for anyone whos interested in broadening their knowledge on the sport.

The manager/coach, Kyle, is so welcoming and friendly. He is enthusiastic about his students and he teaches in a really posituve way. My son is enjoying learning and this sports centre is the best thing to come to the East Rand. I would recommend all who are interested in Mma or any fight sports to try this centre. Im a fan!!!.

I honestly recommend FSC highly to anyone the environment is great the gym is awesome and my trainer Kyle is the best most brilliant trainer ever he gives the best motivation and great sessions.everytime I walk out I feel like a new man FSC bedfordview and Kyle are changing my life in the most positive way ever I’m really thankful and grateful turning a non athlete like myself into something.

Amazing facilities, the Rings are Huge and everyone there is friendly and so willing to help you improve every session you in there .
