Beautiful, this place will be every kids dream to visit, there are many things to do here as children even as an adult. I visited from the US and I can tell you that I had so much fun 🎢 here.

Great place to enjoy both kids and adults, lot of fun games are available. Very genuine prices games. Been there yesterday, it was crowded but my little one enjoyed a lot. At last, we collected lot of tickets which redeemed in small and good quality prices. Must go and try this place!

Great for kids, but the service needs to be jacked up! People guys, you in the service industry, why not just help customers efficiently and effectively.

Nice place to come for the little one to play some games and get excited from the lights and sounds.Quite a few machine were off for social distancing, and a number were broken with no sign to warn us. At least the staff were friendly and helpful.

Family friendly venue. Lots of game options and fun for all. I would suggest that hand sanitizers are placed at the entrance for when you are done playing. All in all. Fun for all.

Despite the threat of covid there was no sanyising taking place inside the magic company Staff stood idle around instead on sanitizing games an kiosks after kids played.Highly disappointed with Monte Casina magic company..there were only 2 sanitizing stations...1 at the entrance an 1 somewhere ar the back..no sanitizing wipes were made available so parents could at least wipe the buttons or levers Thankfully I took my own...but will definately not visitAgain...Risk too high

If anything is not working you just call the attendant and he fixed it. Nice for the little ones to keep busy.

Management, Plz check on the maintenance of the machines some no longer working nicely.

Better sanitizing and cleaning of the gaming machines needs to be considered. Wipes by each machine so each gamer can wipe down the machine after use

Sanitizer dispensers all broken. Machines dont recognize always when you put coins in them. Generally dirty.

It is good for kids of all ages. If fact I observed kids as young as 40 years very excited about collecting their winnings from the Gifts counter.The smaller children enjoyed throwing balls and shooting dinosaurs. It was hectic.Many parents really got into the swing of things and one could see that families enjoyed visiting as a group.

Wonderful place, wonderful games and wonderful environment for kids, younger people and for older people too. Fun for everyone and for every age in this Fun company. I just love to play basketball here at this Magic Fun Company.

Large selection of machines. Great service as staff are always around to help in the event there is a problem with the machines. The machine are in good working order. Gets really busy on Friday and Saturday evenings so be prepared to wait in a queue. Safe and secure. A bit on the expensive side though. Awesome prizes for ticket exchange.

It gets really packed!!!!! It has become quite popular. But at times you find that some games are not operating but other than that, its a great place for gaming. Its great for all ages.

Best arcade in JHB. Just a pity that so many machines are currently not working. Staff are slow but honest. I left my phone on a machine and it was kept for me. That was pretty awesome. Overall a great arcade. Also a safe place to leave kids.

Its always a good time, the buffet has changed and its a better change. Food and atmosphere do not disappoint, great for family eat outs or celebrations

The staff are rude. My daughter was playing a game and the game wasnt taking any tokens so I called a guy to help he too all out ticket that we had accumulated from 6 games and gave us the tokens that we put when the machine broke.

Amazing place to visit, young and old,Still uses the original coin and ticket dispensing mechines thats kids love,If arcade mechine doesnt give tickets just ask an assistant to check if tickets havent run out

Great fun, always a blast. Sometimes a lot of the machines dont work and eat your coins and the staff are kind of uninterested at all times.Also the decline in the quality of the toys the magic company in general offers as prizes is really disheartening as well as the price of tokens doubling makes it a more scarce visit.

A fun experience for the kids and adults alike however most machines are noticeably old. The unserviceable machines are not tagged as not working and, as a result, the machine takes your tokens without allowing you to play a game or refund them. There are maintenance guys around to assist with fixing/refunding, but they are always fixing another machine at the time so you waste a lot of time waiting at the machine for your tokens to be refunded, which is annoying.

Games not working properly. Then tickey machine only one working had to call staff to empty other 2. Its full and they need proper monitoring.

Many machines are faulty. Some games have balls missing. Some machines swallow your tokens and dont give you credit to play. Some machines dont have tickets to reward you. Staff is hardly visible to help with all of this. Your best bet is playing a game after someone else which minimises the chances of that machine being faulty. Nonetheless it is clean, safe and very reasonably priced.

Tenpin bowling and many arcade games for the kids, but also enjoyable for adults 😁. Arcade staff service was ok and bowling was far better and also good to go with a big group of friends or relatives
