Thank you very much to Mangako Spa I really enjoyed my day, the Beauty Specialist was very professional, she was very careful when it comes to my leg because Im injured, she even gives you options to choose the kind of massage you would like, thank you very much, the only thing I can add is that you should offer breakfast or snacks as competitor does 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️😘😘💐💐💃💃💃🙏🙏

Theyve moved places and never bothered to notify me during my booking. I had to drive all over to find it.

What a disappointing experience. Didnt enjoy the hotstone massage, they used a cracked stone and I got hurt in my arm. Staff kept on walking in & out during my session, thats not cool at all. After my massage I was locked inside the room for +-4min battling with the door that couldnt open. Had to call the reception number for assistance. Toilet didnt flush, no water in the basin...nothing seemed to work😔 staff was friendly but poor resources.

What a disappointing experience. The address seems to have changed and this was never communicated when I made a booking for my friends and I. During the week, I tried to call the number listed for the place and it did not go through. Tried another number on Thursday and still nothing. Eventually on Friday I receive a WhatsApp text from owner confirming the booking and finally I was relieved. Saturday arrives and we make our way to the spa, we arrive at the gate and rang the bell, nothing. 5 minutes pass and still nothing. Eventually I text her and gives me a new address. The new address was nothing like the pics loaded. The place is in a really dodgy place and two very small. The staff looked unhappy. No welcome drinks were offered and the general hygiene of the place is appalling. I would definitely never go back to this place ever again.

They have good customer service but they can improve on their surroundings and they can had different color gowns and towels which seems a bit disorganized. White towels and gowns are best. But besides that its a nice place to relax.

Their hospitality was outstanding. And they treated us right and made us feel welcome and the massage was also good but a training for the staff with regard to giving good massages could help. My friends and I had a great time.

Great hospitality, the team is very organised. Very nice starters, you can bring own alcohol. Very nice table set up outside. Great value for money. We were team of 5 & we all enjoyed our experience, foot exfoliation really good.

Not professional. I was left during the appointment to attend to other clients. It was a very busy atmosphere.The massage was good. My manicure was okay. I hope they improve.

Noisy, unruly guests and hosts. Alcohol served next to pool. Terrible loud music at all hours. Even Sundays.Disturbing the neighbourhood.Business license needs.revision or be revoked.

The places so difficult to find, theres 2 Homestead streets in the area. Eventually we found the place the massage was not so bad but the manicure and pedicure was just a shortcut .i came back with my tiny toe nail undone nothing much was done to my finger nails

If there was an option to rate this less than 1 star I would! Person answering the phone does not even have telephone etiquette! Tried to call in and make a booking for 2 and she was rude and then just hung up in the middle of me speaking !Terrible!
