So Im a man. Yes I go for pedicures with my wife. Yes they are amazing. This place follows really strict covid regulations.

This is the 3rd time that this branch has failed me when it comes to making an appointment. I phoned this morning at 10.30am requesting a booking for late afternoon. The lady taking the call told me she could book me in for 4pm, proceeding to take my cell number and name, confirming that the appointment was made.I arrived at 3.50pm to find the lady at the front desk playing on her phone with earphones in her ears. I told her that I was her for my 4pm appointment, and after she checked the computer, she simply continued to stare at the screen and say theres been a misunderstanding. I asked what she meant, and she repeated herself. After some time, and a lot of questions, it was said that my booking was never made.I understand that mistakes happen but this isnt the first or even second time that this has happened! I find it completely unprofessional, including the manners of the lady at the front desk.I wont be supporting this sorbet again.

My nails did not last very long. One came off within the week, and the nail tech was not very apologetic when I asked to have it fixed. Rather go to sorbets Appletons village branch, its not very far away.

My sister-in-law did her nails on the 19 March and by the 26th 4 were out. 10 days later all of her acrylic nails were out.Everybody knows this isnt supposed to happen because acrylic nails last for more than 3 weeks. The manager of the store says that the nail technician has more then 9 years of experiance in the industryI wouldnt expect such poor quality from such an experienced technician or from a brand like Sorbet. When going and complaining the store took total disregard for the complaint and had given a wrong whatsapp number to send pictures. The poor work performance of the employee who did the nails should be challenged and further more a customer should never come back with 4 nails out within ten days. This is unacceptable and shocking especially from a big brand like this. No care in the world for their customers. Sorbet is employing inexperienced workers and not providing adequate training to workers. If sorbet did, then their would not be complaints.

Perfect eye brows every time

L sat for over a hour subjected to a loud noise made by the staff talking on the top of their voices with no regard to the clients in the salon who l am sure come to relax like me.my nail technician was extremely rough filing my skin away and left me with odd shaped nails all different lengths.eventually l was so irritated l stopped my treatment and left refusing to pay for my totally unacceptable attempt to have my nails done.l will definitely never return.
