Beautiful bar, but very unhelpful staff and information online. Wanted to go on a Wednesday evening in December with 6 ladies in total. Struggled to find sufficient information for logistics online, so I phoned to see if I could make a reservation. The lady on the phone said that they do not take reservations, and was very vague about any other information. I didn’t actually realize how small the place was, and felt this is something she could’ve told me when I asked about booking for 6 people. When we got there, there was no host or any staff willing to help us. By the time all 6 of us arrived, we realized the bar was simply too small for a table of 6, as the outside area was not being used due to the weather. Despite the restaurant being empty, no one offered to perhaps let us sit there and still serve champagne. At the end of the day, 6 ladies who were planning on having quite a few drinks, left because no one was interested in helping or serving us. Not a great experience.
