The table was dirty. Poor service from the staff. No non smoking area. Had lunch with people smoking inside restaurant area. Bad management . Will not visit again. Prefer GAS MONKEY IN VANDERBIJLPARK.

Service was pathetic first of all. Absolutely no value for money, had I sit down to eat I would have sent it back to the kitchen and not paid. They are not doing me a favor and Im definitely not getting it for free , I pay with hard earned money. JW will never see my money nor my support again and I will make sure everyone knows about it. You can close your doors, it used to be a great venue.

12:00 to 17:00 not one person bothered to cover the food that was laid out outside for the Sunday lunch. It actually made me feel ill the amount of flies that were sitting on the salad. The service was shocking, on more than one occasion the stuff we had ordered just never arrived. Seems like dodgy places attract dodgy people all looking for a fight. Will never set foot near the place again.

The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing, weather it be with family or friends old or young. The menu is inexpensive and the servings are generous and tasty. The garlic roll with cheese sauce starter is a must. The option to sit indoors or outdoors is available.

Service of waiters good. Food going backwards. Prefer deep South.Tried them again on Monday and the special is chicken. They dont have chicken. What can one say?

Terrible they dont have what you want, couldnt have Calamari or Eisbein, or pork nek... had to settle for my fourth order, no ice cream for milkshake... waited an hour for my food when I finally got it my omelet was in pieces, toast looked very bad with tears in it, onion rings all stuck together and dripping from oil... the over all experience was horrible

The atmosphere, staff, music, people, are fabulous. It is a relaxing awesome place to go to. Some benches are a bit uncomfortable, but hey Id go there anytime.. I love the ambience the karaoke..

Have been there twice recently and although the food is good ther service is appalling. Difficult to get a waiter and once you have ordered you wont see your food within an hour!!!

Went here with my parents, waiter took forever to help us, drinks took forever, waiter didnt get our drinks order correct when they eventually arrived, food was good though and the place itself was not all that bad, and the food made it worthwhile.

Not too busy for an early Saturday afternoon meal. Very casual and relaxed vibe with entertainment. Food was generally good and well priced. We ordered eisbien, trinchardo, pork neck and grilled chicken and meals met our expectations with the exception of the trinchardo which was tough. We couldnt really complain about the service because there wasnt any....wait staff were apathetic at best.
