I had the most amazing service experience with The Gingerbread Lady Bakery, Natalie responds to whatsapp queries fast and efficiently all the while advising you when you are not sure about flavours and design. The cake I ordered was ready for pickup at the time I had requested it by, it was fresh, tasted amazing, was very moist and not too sweet. A great bake that was thoroughly enjoyed by all. 10/10 recommend

The Gingerbread Lady Bakery is absolutely amazing. The quality of the cakes and treats is top notch and the service is fantastic. We have tried some of their biscuits before and were blown away. This time we ordered some treats for Valentines Day and Natalie and the team were responsive, friendly and efficient. We were notified every step of the way where our order was, payment was easy and quick and the products were excellent. We would definitely use them again. We had a red velvet cake. It was so moist, and not overly sweet. And dont get me started on the decorations. This really was the best cake I have ever ordered. Hidden gem in Edenvale. If you are not careful you will pass the shop as its surrounded by repair shops, so the signage outside on the kerb helped. Beautiful array of macarons on offer and reasonably priced too. Ill have to try some of the baked goodies next.

Natalie was super professional in handling a last minute decision to help in making my boys lockdown birthdays super special.
