The cashiers dont great people nor thank them especially the women cashiers and most of the time they are chatting and laughing, I dont know if my opinion matters but I know that a good service is an important aspect of business practices.

A lady behind me collapsed after standing in the queue for ages, only to learn a customer passed away on Friday while in the queue.. You treat your customers like theyre there for free food. Your establishment is an absolute disgrace...

I doo missed off because this thing is a Habit thay the staff will just come in front of you after waiting on a long queue because the Cashiers are slow we all accepted that, the staff rushing to buy Markdown Electric appliances just come straight to the Cashier without asking you if its okay or not, now I had to wait for them to pay their marked down Heaters and stuff while I could have paid and left, they took their time paying in front of me and others kept bringing their things for them to pay for them wasting my time and they dont even give you a choice and its unacceptable because they dont stand in the queue they just come straight in front and put their things even the cashier wont say sorry or ask if its Okay, this Shop is a Circus serious

Imagine today buying donughts thinking they are fresh only to find them rock hard and stale..had to toss them in the bin..im so disappointed...please do work on your Deli...Its not right to spend our money on such unworthy things.

Rude and disrespectful cashier.Doesnt listen before responding, finds a way to annoy you and didnt get change on time had to get supervisor to bring her change when she had already started working.Kindly assist her listening skills as this will help avoid back and forth between her and customers .NB-Not all of their cashiers are like that, first time I met such a person at that Shoprite as I buy there a lot.

I pass the place on my way from work.So its convenient for me to shop there. I like the staff (they are very friendly).I once fainted and they took me to their office for refreshments and let me wait until I was fine.

This place does not have fresh meat -I bought a try of ox liver and the following day it was spoiled.not to mention the 2 packs of chicken livers which I only saw that the expiry date was not visible at on the container.I went ahead and tried to cook them but they were also spoiled.I could not take back these items because I had already thrown away the purchase slips.Lastly I bought the cooked pap and beef stew-the following day I woke up with a runny stomach and the pap was spoiled on the next day.This place really sucks and I think your items need regular checks.

This place is well stocked and well organised. Its a good place to withdraw cash at the till. Step out of Shoprite and there are ATMs for Capitec, FNB and Standard Bank.This shopping centre is situated between a train station and a very large taxi ran. It is very busy and one needs vigilant with valuables.
