I called wanting a theme cake to be done for me and spoke to Celeste whom said I must send an email with all the details and they will reply to me I was prepared to pay whatever it cost because it was my husbands 40th and I did send an email dololo reply and another following up dololo reply. I was left feeling some way thats not good as a potential customer. email address perfectly correct plus a phone call : ( Thank goodness I eventually found exceptional assistance elsewhere. it was disappointing as I was referred, busy times I guess.
