I got scammed a week ago, I went there to purchase a bag using their speed point the transaction was approved and money was deducted from my bank account but they said my card declined so I ended up paying cash. I have proof that my money was deducted yet on the bank statement the transaction is not showing if it wasnt for the cellphone banking and the app notification I wouldnt have known that money was deducted from my account.I talked to the manager who wears spectacles she told me theres nothing they can do since it doesnt reflect on my bank statement.
