Nthaby had an attitude and just didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and that resulted in her not being friendly to me as a customer 🚮of which on the other hand Tobi(Toby) was super respectful and friendly that’s what clients would like to see more often not someone who is rude.

Thobi is very rude. Staff doesnt know how to treat customers.

Nthabiseng was so rude i have never seen someone that doesnt appreciate her job like she does in this time of need, she seemed like she didnt even want to be there, employees shouldnt give clients false information not all malls where looted and I shouldnt be searching for a store number when I want to send a parcel I have sent parcels before with pep and this was one of the worst experience I have ever had.

Quiet impressed with the kids clothing range. Their home department still needs abit more items, more especially with bedding and curtains. Otherwise, great store!

I had the worst customer service the employees are so rude imagine being shouted at by an employee.

Well, their website says they close at 7pm and when I got there at six they said I must come tomorrow because at their entrance something else is written and when I tried to talk to them and show them what their website says they didnt even give me the time of day 🙄 like what the hell?? You cant write something else and do something else

Poor service all of them are rude including the security guard , my daughter came back crying and begged me to NEVER send her to that PEP ever...You should quit the Job/position you dont like there are people who are sitting home who can do better no no is holding a gun against you to be working where you dont want to be !!!
