Poor service from the female staff on cashering and paxi counters, so unprofessional,rude and too bossy.Treat customers like kids especially when you go to use paxi and their parcels delay.I preffer near Pep Cell stores over them 100%.Ladies from this store should go for training in the near pep cell stores.It a such a bad experience 2 times I visited this store.I wonder who manages them.

Service is bad they treat people as if we are there to beg its not the 1st time they do this,today we had to buy our staff and then wait in the parcel counter for our parcels because there was no one to help,some lady by the name Lebo checking some plastics bags parcels that looked like they were delivered ,then checking us (me and the other 2 ladies waiting to be given back our parcels),as if we were annoying her.Its not our fault if they are short staffed or irritated about their work,what we need is service since we will be spending our monies.
