I recently had the opportunity to deal with Allan from the company and must confess he is very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased some spares from him and it was delivered in less than 2 days. I will recommend anyone wanting to do business with this company that has a wonderful reputation and provides a much needed service. I had a very bad experience with this company. Being from durban. I had to wait a week for quote. A week for the bank details. Then I had the wrong parts delivered to me twice. When I foned to rectify issue. I had call cut on me. When they answered 2nd time. I could hear the old lady screaming in the background. Well I havent received the rite parts. As Im told I need to fork out more money. To hell with them. Keep my money. Hope you use it to buy some good ethics.

A little patience required but worth the wait to find those hard to find spares! Prices also very reasonable. Helping us keep the Classics on the road ! Thank you Alan & Denice

Helpful in finding the right spares and have wide variety of spares for English classics. One needs patience to wait for the parts from overseas though.

Worst customer service ever!!!5th Feb 2019Wow !!! finally got a response from the owner, only 3 Years Later. What a Joke. Looks like your Internet went astray as well!I have been trying to get parts from this place since the beginning of the year.First Contact - they werent in and had someone standing in for them, took my details and never returned my cal.2nd contact - call and got their email address in Feb and mailed them on 10 Feb 2015 - no reponse - called them - claim to never have received my email.3rd contact - emailed them again - 25th Feb 2015 - no response - called again - claim to never have received my email4th contact - called them on 20 March 2015 - got them to email me so i can reply with my details and request - promised to call me back on tuesday 25 march - no response5th contact - called again on 25th March to follow - lady wants to know what is my name as she still cant find my email then wants my telephone number which is on the email that has the request for parts, but clearly nothing has been done with it.Eventually gave up after the lady slammed the phone in my ear, took the hint that they rather not do business with me in this, Blooming EconomyRather do Business with Classically British, much better customer service and turn around.
