The employees of ABC certainly make you feel at home. I have never seen such love and unity amongst employees customers as much as I have seen at ABC. They just need to improve their performance whenever attending to clients but besides that,excellent customer service.

Poor service, they dont mean wht they promise, they have poor service they sell fault electrical parts for the cars. I dont recommend anyone to do business with these guys especially on electric parts

I purchased a DSG gearbox for Audi a3 last month it gave me bangs on low gears i told the parts salesman after that he called big boss. I was simply told bring the car as it is within 48Hrs without paying anything car was driving without any gear change problem. I am pleased their service is excellent.

Considering my little knowledge about cars and parts - I was assisted by a friendly gentleman called Papi,he was happy to come out and see what parts was needed and assisted. Even after the parts were purchased he followed up and made sure that everything was fit for my car!Because of the amazing service received- i wouldnt think twice about referring or doing business in future! 😀

Emailed the sales team on 24 March 2021 for information, havent had a response to date, phone lines never get answered. Very poor first experience for me.

Got there 5 mins before close time. Friday closes at 4pm.. Could not get in, were closed.

I went to the place yesterday and the guard was very rude because we arrived 5min after they had closed and refused to assist us in anyway. Today we went again and got assisted by Papi instead of Mike because he was not available today.

All Audi parts are there but the staff is lazy to look for small parts. Their prices are too high compared to other outlets. Service is good though but staff can tell you they dont have what you need even without checking.

Got there looking for a part. But was left standing without any customer care service notifying me that maybe they are still searching for the part or whatever that the case may be but I was left standing there for almost an hour with no feedback until I asked if the part was available or not and then only i was told the part was not found. I could have left much sooner i didnt have all day to spend there. Absolutely dissatisfied with the service period!

Terrible service. I bought an engine, which was faulty. We took it back and swapped it with another. This engine did not even turn. I have to constantly phone them to find out what is going on, even though I get told that they will come back to me in 10min.it has been 48 hours?? Then most of the time the phone gets put down or just keeps on ringing. See that most reviews are good,but my experience is horrid and would not recommend them.

Service is very Bad, i think ABC need to implement a que system so that every person comes in and join a que and wait fir the nexr available salesman, currently, if you not familiar with salemen you can basically wait for an hour while there is people that just come in and go to the counter to the saleman they know and get what they want, out they go, u remain there with your manners trying to follow a routine of waiting fir the next available salesman
