One thing i like about most banks ik the malls is that they have the atm next to the bank and inside the mall. So i was in and out after using the ATM. The mall is clean. Parking staff very helpful.

I visited your branch looking for Runx ignition coil and never found, meaning the Toyota parts are problem to find by you. If its possible can you please try to get some Toyota part as youre a shop easy to be accessible

Awesome service, quality parts and pricing. They had everything I needed to do a full service on my Porsche cayenne diesel. Took an hour to change all the filters and oil in my driveway for a cost of just under R1500(10l of liquimoly oil was 75 percent of the cost but its one of the best)

The service was bad, terrible actually, staff were busy socialising behind the counter, others busy with their phones and computers while the queue is outside the door, and there is a light skinned Xhosa guy, he is worse.

I was very humiliated this morning by one of the sales team in Goldwagen mooi street for a mere globe that costs R10.I showed the guy the sample I want and told him the globe I bought was wrong and he must sell me another.He brought a wrong globe and I told him its not the one but he forced me to pay for it and pay for the right one that he went to fetch.He was very rude and aggressive and never listened from the onset on what I wanted.I managed to take a photo of him hes colouredI own a vw and have always been a customer of Goldwagen and I feel disappointed by this mans behaviour.

I checked and got a quote online on the website, when i went to the store they applied 20% discount from the original pricing. 🙂

I bought an Audi A3 water pump the and took it to Audi to fit it the put it in at the dealership and they told me it was leaking I then went to another Goldwagen situated there at Centurion to buy another one. I then went back to Audi to give them the new one I bought it worked perfectly. I then took the water pump that was leaking to Goldwagen Cbd were I bought it for refund they dont want to refund me my money not even for goodwill to show that I am supporting their business wen they told me the part was leaking I still went to their branch and bought the same part. Im truely disappointed by their service they dont treat their customers well poor service I want my money back Goldwagen Cbd is bad

There is a courteous security officer who helps customers with parking. The service could be better if the sales consultants actually greet customers upon welcoming them.

Fast and effective. Their only downfall is the staff. Freddie was the only one who was very helpful and very friendly. The guy that was assisting me was very condescending and not friendly. Otherwise I go what I ordered as Freddie had promised...

You get all of your car parts here at a reasonable price with friendly consultants

Service is terrible, you can hardly ever get through to them on the phone, the staff cant hear you and when you ask to get transferred to someone who can hear you they dont pick up. I frequently shop at the Wynberg branch and have only got good service from them, how can the flagship store be so bad?As per your response I messaged your WhatsApp and you blue ticked me, 2 hours after my original message I requested a response and now another hour has passed and there has been no reply or even a blue ticked message let alone a reply.Honestly Pathetic, I do not believe your phone lines are the issue...
