After an extremely bad experience with a panel beater who did not honor what he had promised and refused to do so, I contacted Discount Autobody and got through to Ryan. He suggested I bring my car in. First I sent Ryan pictures of the damage after a lady had smashed into my car, as well as after the first panel beater, Jarred had “completed” repairing my car. Ryan bent over backwards and did everything he could to correct the damage Jarred & his workman had done. He repaired the wiring and got my lights & indicators to function properly. He polished the car so that my 1999 Audi Cabriolet looked sparkling new! He was polite, helpful and bent over backwards to get my electrical systems & more, working properly. My bumper was cut from an accident and I also needed a tear drop done on my cars front end. They did the badgeless grille, flushed my bumper and bonnet then straightened the front bumper’s numberplate indentation. Everything was done so well that it’s like the car cane like this staight from the factory. An immaculate job was done. Any body work you need, they will do it best.

But not all heros wear capes, so I could not believe my luck when I was referred to Ryan who is probably the sweetest and most kind human I have ever met. My car was fixed at an affordable price with a level of professionalism that was outstanding and just unbelievable. The last time my car looked the way it did (I took it in for panel beating) was when I was taking it home for the first time. Im always so impressed from all of my dealings with Discount Autobody- whether theyve repaired my car or just given me a quote on a repair. The team dont only see the vehicle with its bumps and dents, they also see a person and they have a history of taking good care of the car and its owner. While my vehicle was in for repair, I was kept updated as to the progress of the repair. The repair was carried out very well and the damaged boot was properly repaired and worked well after.

They did a fabulous job on my Toyota. It came back looking like a new car. It was polished and the dents were repaired- I couldn’t even see where the damage had been. I would recommend this shop.
