Was sent via discovery to replace a solar geyser. 1 hour, after installation, there is a massive leak on the roof, causing me dissatisfied tenants as the mains had to be shut off. The service provider who is a sub contractor can only repair the matter in the morning.

Im insured by Sa homeloan and we have been waiting now for 3 days for 24 fix to come and instale your geyser. Call back is non existing and if you phone them the only thing you hear is WE ARE ON THE WAY TO YOUR HOUSE.

24 Fix is useless – do not use them if you can. I do not know how this pathetic and useless company was appointed by Discovery Insure. Pure embarrassment – they need to be removed as a supplier and I am writing to Disco now.They do not arrive as per the SMS date/time – either too early or too late or never, never return calls

What a HORRIBLE experience with your company!The service is shocking especially when I called to have the plumber return to fix the problem that wasn’t resolved the 1st time. “You can’t quote for the part because it is after hours” … YOU’RE A 24 HOUR COMPANY!!! These is no drive from your business to fix the issue. You are quick to expect payment up front…. But so bad on delivery!

Service is pathetic. Late, never return calls and wouldnt perform the job they were hired to do. Would give zero stars if it was possible

24 fix it is the worse!!! One of there workers named Andrew came to fix my geezer after doing so he was cleaning my shower hose with no knowledge and broke it he then promised to call and report it, still nothing has been done i called to com[plain 3 times in the passed week with the response that they will get back to me and i still havent even got a phone call my shower was +/- R7000 and now it is broken and they do not care at all. My lawyer will deffinatley be getting involved and i will be surprised if 24 fix it is still around in the next year.

Horrible experience!!!! They didn’t bring the parts with and promised to come back the next day and didn’t. a Whole weekend without warm water and 3 kids. Really disgusting
