The worst service I have had in my entire life. I recommend that you do not use them. First they quote me for a OEM and give me OEE brand and then my windscreen was not properly installed and I could hear air from the window. I asked to rectify the problem and they would not even come out to help me. On top of that the manager told me that they cant help me anymore. Disgusting behavior and very unprofessional. Just an addition to the owners response. A OEM needs to have the manufacturers logo on the windscreen, whereas the OEE is the equivalent to a OEM, however, made by another manufacturer like Benson glass which I was given. As for coming to the warehouse in the middle of Johannesburg is a bit out of my way. I organized that it be done on site at work as I cannot leave work for this. It was not my fault that the workers did not install the windscreen correctly. So the onus is not on me to go to their factory. They need to come out and fix the windscreen properly free of charge. Its that simple!
