Had a short visit to the service centre. Cant perform the programming that my car engine required. Referred to their other branch .

As a woman, its always a catch 22 on where youre going to take your car in to be serviced. Bosch at the Buzz center was recommended to me by a colleague with the promise of not being taken advantage of. Boy, they couldnt have been any more wrong! I took my car in to be serviced in December. The guys at Bosch called me to tell me all the things that were wrong and quoted me R7000 to fix it all. I know very little and so told them that Id just have to pay as the car had to be fixed. A few weeks later, I had to take my car back as the fan belt was loose(there was nothing wrong with it before) and the back light wasnt working (even though it was said that theyd replaced the bulb). We are now not even 6 months down and my clutch has completely stopped working. I have had to have my car towed to another service place to be fixed AGAIN. We should be able to trust these people to do the job that they are being paid for. Along with the over-inflated labor charges, I paid for them to basically hand my car back to me in worse condition than they recieved it. Dont send your car here if you want honest and reliable service!

I have the same experience as the other 1 star reviewers. They take your details to get back to you and never call back with information that they state they will get back to you with.It is almost as if they dont want business. But I find that this is common with lazy south africans across the country. It is the same with other industries.

Brilliant my car is going like a bomb!

I have been a customer of Bosch for quite a few years, today there was a silver ford ranger parked deliberately blocking the road infront of the shop. Staff were rude and showed no professionalism, the car looked to be a clients and it was being badly neglected. I will rather take my business to a shop has professionalism and a sense of respect for customers vehicles and the area that they are operating out of. The Rifle Range Bosch would be a better bet, they have much better quality control and management.

Car went in for a minor service. Came back with a first ever oil leak. Had to take it back over a weekend. No proper explanation. Couldnt have cared less about service and rubbish attitudes.After taking my car BACK over the weekend, the leak is now worse. Do not trust these people!! Do not take your car there!! These mechanics fit the stereotype to the tee!!!

The rear brakes of my polo needed replacing. As a lady, I needed urgent assistance and professional advice. Without a booking, bosch service center assisted me the same day, and went the extra mile by fetching and delivering my car to my office..... Thanks again for the great service 👍

Horrible service theyre not sure of what theyre doing please think twice before taking your car there. How did bosch approve this circus as a car service station, i now dont trust all the bosch service centers because of 1.

I was told my brakepads had 10% left. When I picked the car up I picked the old ones up from the mechanic. Rip off. They still had 50%. Quotation excluded VAT and work was slow.
