I had my 2011 Kia Soul serviced by Izak and his team at Autoway Ruimsig today, based on previous reviews I read (I relocated, so couldnt service my car where I used in Pretoria). I can only confirm these reviews and say that I was very happy with the service received. The pricing was competitive and they kept me informed of everything the whole way through. It didnt feel like they were just out to get money, but genuinely cared about doing whats best for the client and their car. Id absolutely go here again.

What a pleasure to visit Autoway Service Centre Ruimsig! I had my car serviced here a year ago and received outstanding service from all the staff and the owner. They went out of their way to drop me off at my office and pick me up again when the work was done. My car was left sparkling clean too. Now, when my cars engine light came on after a heavy rainstorm, I had only one place in mind to help me. It only took a short while to run the diagnostics to ensure that everything is fine. Izak patiently explains everything so that a non-technical person can clearly understand what is wrong or not wrong with their car. Thank you Izak and team - Ill never use another vehicle service centre again!

Clueless how this company could EVER qualify to be RMI credited!!! Picture attached I took of their RECEPTION AREA!! And....I spend the entire duration I was there in their reception area!! Workshop is one massive room with NOTHING inside!! This place come NOWHERE CLOSE TO EVEN ADHERING TO THE RMI BASIC REQUIREMENTS!!!!My view from the RECEPTION AREA .....attached A SHADED SCREEN SHOT!!!! Thank you Autoway Service Centre ~ Ruimsig for your hospitality. Pity the kind young mechanic will learn that THIS is the way you treat customers!!! Good service is extremely rare these days, and I wont mention what dealership I had this misfortune of dealing with prior to this, but Izak at Autoway service centre followed up, mailed when he said he would, went the extra mile to find parts and sorted the issue out, when 99% of the rest of companies just dont care. Id highly recommend Autoway to anyone and have already done so, my cars will be going back there when they need a service or anything, hell, they even wash the car better than a dealership when the service is done...

What a lovely experience!There was a problem with the clutch. I took the car in, they had a look and adjusted a setting. Took it for a test drive. Then I could take the car for a drive to see if Im happy. And I was! Best part? They didnt even charge me for their time!! Fast, efficient and friendly service.I will definitely be taking my car back there for any future problems!

I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic check, and they informed me that everything is in order, but they have noticed that my radiator is leaking water. I booked the vehicle in for repairs at 8:00 in the morning, at 17:00 i had mt vehicle back with a ne lw radiator. Excellent service and very fast with repairs.
