Please tell me how you people get to speak to anyone other than the receptionist!! Ive been trying for 3 days to speak with anyone in parts, left messages with the receptionist with assurances I would get a call back but alas Im still waiting. I event ually tried the service department and the same thing, Im transferred and the phone goes dead, not even the irritating music or garble about al their great service and products, nothing!!!
Reception from the salesman very arrogant and not so welcoming,including the Security guard who argued about customers leaving the door open while seated without enforcing COVID 19 regulations to customers.Review your cameras from 14h15-14h45 on the 22/06/2021 and makes your judgment (Spaza shop is runned better)

This review is for my service experience for 2020. M2 City used to be the standard for service levels and customer satisfaction, however over the last year it has been shocking. Dont take my word for it, go and experience it for yourself... Shocking!

This place is beautiful. When I was driving there frm The City I thought I was getting lost. The way that side is a bit shady but when u are there is diffenet. They always have parts availableDont except any assistance if u hv an emergency cos they are always fully booked. The service experience is great. The staff are nice and helpful
With the pandemic drifting side ways, they still manage to offer satisfaction with parts availability, even when ordered its available in 24 hours at list,Though some hiccups on stuff but I guess its the conditions of this pandemic, life will never be the same again..

This was a good dealership but the level of service has dropped substantially. Aftersales is understaffed constantly, new car salespeople are not active in helping you with purchasing a vehicle. Management will change their promises to you, so it is best to get everything down in writing or email. Very sad for a dealership that is owned by Mercedes Benz themselves.
Everything started off well when I was aassisted by a kind lady at new cars till she refer me to a guy called Matthew.The guy is full of politics for a guy in car sales...Long story short I left.
Its a great place and everything is in order they follow all the level 3 rules and you need a business permit to buy parts

This was good dealership my first car bought from them but they dropping their service, My was broken on the 23 December 2019 towards to Kzn i took it Volkrust Mercedes Benz they finish to on the 05 February 2020M2 City Mercedes Benz they received 07 they did give the call to fetch it, today i went to check by M2 City and asked them to wash it for me was not clean they also steal my money was more than R100 by car wash and supposed to take to another car was 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.

I brought my car in for service at 7 am A was later told my car could not start only when i called to find out the progress the manager Rowan Nckerry tried explaining to me what happened which i am not convinced i asked him for a second opinion he said he will get a technician from Mercedes Benz SA that was 3 pm that was the last time i heard from them the consultant Daphne has no customer care skills even her manager has no work ethics they dont care about the customer no consultation i was left stranded at work my kids stranded at school at 6 pm the consultant told me i am unfair went i was venting my frustrations i had to organised my own transport when i realized that i am on my own i am not paying for the steering lock that was working when i brought my car inn they damaged it its only fair for them to fix its not fair.

Friendly staff but not very helpful and quite slow. After struggling to get answers about what fluid to use, I was left to fill my hydraulic fluid myself right there in the service area. Then waited 10 minutes for my exit slip to be signed. Basically typical of Mercedes Benz

Bad service today.Got Got call from service manager at about 15.30 saying that my car was taken for a test drive and would be ready at 4.Left work in hurry and arrived at M2 mercedes just before 16.00Waited till 17.00 for the car.Got into the car and there was an alarm showing the bonnet was open.Got out to close the bonnet and saw that the engine hadnt been cleaned.The assistant offered to take the car and wash the engine. The car was handed back to me and now there were other warning lights on the dashboard.Service. Manager tool car back to work shop and the car was again returned to me.Left workshop and got stuck on highway with warning saying system was inoperable.Called back up who offered to take the car back to workshop and take me home.Decided to drive home a hope that the car would perform ok.The seems better but still underpowered.Will see how it goes tomorrow and maybe take it back to M2 merc.

I took my car for service last week and i still get the message on dashboard ( top up washer fluid) the car doesn’t have power its hesitant when you accelerate and at times jumps despite them claiming they replaced spak plug and airfilter/ oil filter.
