The prices are awesome. They have VW parts that are very hard to find and quality merchandise. The service is five stars. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. I am absolutely disappointed at the lack of customer service in this business!!! Ordered and paid for rear shocks for my car on Saterday, up until today I havent received any confirmation on my order and no one can give me a straight answer!! I had to email the proof of payment twice and still nothing no reply on emails and when I ask to speak to the manager the phone gets put down in my ear!!!! Please get staff that are willing to do their jobs!!!!!

They took my money, then sent me a waybill for an order that was delivered in 2020If there was ever a scam, this would be it..Im called in, then I get told to hold on, the guy puts the phone down and proceeds to talk to friends in the background..Where in the world do you get people who provide a service like this..It is the most ridiculous experience I have had and I am in customer service..Youre business is a scam and you have no right to do this to people..Action will ensue..I will change the post if action is taken..I was promised that it will be fixed tomorrow morning, but it is yet to be seen..I really hope that it works out..

**update on my review** May 2021I managed to get a family member to go to the premises (please update the picture of your storefront on google maps as it shows a construction site) and Boss Auto managed to fix the issue and deliver the side mirror to a PostNet near me in CPT. I had to pay for the delivery R30 for some odd reason but I got my side mirror eventually. It was the wrong side so I sent it back to be swapped which my family member managed to do successfully without much hassle. It will still be R99 to courier back down to me so my purchase increased by R130 which I didnt bank on.I would like to apologize for calling Boss Auto Spares a scam - you guys are not. Your online sales process could be handled a bit better to instill some customer confidence though. I hope my next purchase is handled better and maybe after a successful 2nd attempt I can amend my review again to increase my rating.**First Review**This place is a scam - ordered online and then followed up only to be told there was no order. A week later the clutch kit is not there & they dont yet have the money to refund us. Theyre asking for an extra to raise R3,000!!! Cheapest car spares shop...and they have good services

I paid for 2 BMW tail lights in store while they only had 1 in stock. They promised to have the 2nd tail light couriered to me the following week. Nothing happened. I phoned them a week later only to be told their supplier doesnt supply these lights anymore. I was promised a refund and they told me to come to the store to get refunded. I wasted my time driving all the way from the east rand to their store only to be told that a refund will be paid by eft. Its now 3 weeks later and still no refund and the sales person Synie doesnt even bother replying to my whatsapp messages. Really poor service. I really regret dealing with these people in the first place. If i receive my refund as promised I will delete this review.

Place an order online on the 18-o1-2021.Wen I call they dont answer just find out the progress of the order they lack customer service. Made a mistake to order from them in stead of reading reviews first as i usually do. Order received 2021 01 11. Ordered other spares at SMC on same date. SMC delivery received 2020 12 23. Difference of 19 days (11 working days) from different suppliers.

The service at Boss Auto Spares are bad, ordered & paid in full for a pair of headlights every time the salemen has issues to supply the spares, waiting 3 weeks for the headlights. Dont advertise something you dont have in stock that you wont get from the suppliers again.

I had the best service from boss auto spares, I ordered shocks but received two left shocks instead of left and right the exchange process was no hassle they sent a courier to collect the other left shock for exchange they explained that the process will take a bit long cause they had to order the other shock, I took it upon myself to make follow up on my order and they always gave me an update, until I received my order. Thank you boss auto spares and the people handling online orders.

I was at the store looking for Front Brake Discs the Sales Person said i must come with the sample/take out the disc make the circle to see the size and was not eager to assist further,the other Sales Person was willing to assist using a Vin Number but he was busy as well assisting another customer.I then went to Goldwagen and the part was correctly supplied using a Vin Number,i mean we cannot go around carrying parts certainly a place like BAS should be moving with times and investing in systems.Lastly employees need to understand that we come there not because we have nowhere else to go but because we LOVE the place and want to support.

I placed a telephonic order with Boss Auto Spares, Synie - quoted R3815 (Front & Rear shocks + Service Kit)and paid 05/01/2021. Promised to have all my spares delivered 07/01/2021. Due to COVID I did not want to go the spare shop and the fact that they provide online services and delivery was a plus...I was sadly mistaken. I had to micro manage Synie with all his excuses why he didnt have my spares ready for delivery, I insisted that my receipt be sent to me and he insistently ignored my requests and told me that my receipt will be sent to me via delivery. Guess What I received my delivery 11/01 with missing Fuel and Air filter as part of my service kit and I had to collect my Front Shocks from the branch even when I paid for delivery. From the amount I paid Boss Auto Spares owes me my Fuel and Air filter which they still hold R160 of the money I initially paid. Not sure if this covers the cost for that, but nothing was communicated. I always experience this with Auto spare/mechanic establishments they really take advantage of inexperienced customers and do them in. I dont recommend anybody use their online delivery services...Pathetic Service.

I seriously wish I had read the comments here before making any purchase online.- Online Contact number does not work- Normal sales staff are ignorant and refuse to assist with online purchases- 7 days later my order is still pending despite full payment via Payu- Did get in touch with one member only to be told my order was out of stock (never mentioned on site) and he would get back to me in 24 hours.This is literaly the worst online store in South Africa and the attitude of their stuff totally disgusting.

Ordered an in stock part on 27 May on the assurance parts were being delivered under lockdown. Follow up emails 8 and 11 June were ignored. Phoned 12 June and promised delivery on 15 June or full refund. Still no refund and no delivery.UPDATED: After one last email request on 18 June, my motor was delivered on 19 June.
