I loved watching Anckes recital!

Amazing place, the ambiance is out of this world. Seating is very comfortable and the backstage area has everything a performer might need.

Really enjoyed a concert I went to see. The theatre was average to good. No issues!

Good quality space for small to mid range performances. Nice staff, good student plays also.Cheap beverages, not all places are barrier friendly.Nice comfy location.

First-time attendee at this particular theatre but I was thoroughly enchanted by the venue and all its amenities

Lovely place but the theatre was cramped. Youre also not allowed a comfort break during a show, plus the toilets and other amenities can be improved

So engaging and fun and exciting to watch, you literally feel like you are part of the performances.

As far as college theatre goes, the Wits Theatre Complex provides a fairly comprehensive splattering of shows here and there to wet audience appetites. There are also fairly regular poetry events, the occasional movie screening, and music shows here and there.Facilities are pretty much state-of-the-art inside the theatres themselves and the foyer provides a relaxed atmosphere. It should be noted that there are no real food places of note in the complex, though the small refreshment bar is reasonably priced when open.Tickets are best bought through WebTickets to avoid disappointment at the box office, though most shows here dont sell out.

Wits Choir had a concert and it was such a beautiful experience.

Great varsity theatre with a good variety of performances. Tickets are reasonable and facilities are great. Foyer has a relaxed atmosphere.

Parking a challenge. Kiosk could be better. Not my favourite theatre.

The Downstairs Theatre was perfect for the studios production.

Not the best area, struggle to get parking, old building, seating very small with no leg room, so very difficult to get out when you sit in the middle and if youve got long legs, if you are not careful, youll bump the person sitting in front.
