You have been warned..I am so disappointed by this dealer, I used to pass by them on my way to work when I was still working in the CBD, I always planned to buy my first Audi from them and I did.. I bought a car this year March and it had a water pump issue that was followed by a timing chain repair that in total cost me R30 000 over the last 3 months within 6 months of buying the vehicle from them.. I sold the car I bought from them last week and got a german beast. I can honestly say, It was a real nightmare to own an Audi, I had heard the rumours but I guess I had to learn it for myself.
Bought my car here and have serviced it there ever since. Easy to get a service date. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to drop me off after I took my car in and fetch me when it was ready! Fantastic service all round.

VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE. THESE GUYS SOLD US A FORD FIESTA THAT BROKE DOWN WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH OF USE. CURRENTLY ITS BEING STUCK WITH THEM FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS, THEY REFUSED TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK, INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE WAS DONE BY FORD ITSELF, WHICH INDICATED THAT THE ENTIRE ENGINE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, AUDI HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS NOR GOOD COSTUMER RELATIONS.Dealer principle (Celeste) is rude and should not be involved in dealing with customers.

Went to Audi Bruma to shop around for a second hand A5 and left with a demo A4 new shape. Wisani was courteous and helpful. He showed me that the new car has all the new features for only R30k difference. He structured a fantastic deal that got me within R2k of my ridiculous requested monthly instalment. Financing was done electronically and I had the car within 27hrs. Amazing service.

I was somewhat disappointed when the apparently in-charge guy said he knows nothing about the service arrangements my kids had made with him (I know his name).2.upon arrival /for booking ones car, a prominently placed person would watch the scenario and accordingly apply the first come, first serve, rule. But this obviously wasnt the case. The on-line and the telephone line bookings are not in sync. 🤤🤕3. A plus for me, was the young lady who briskly approached every car in order to ensure that the inside of the cars were protected by placing plastic on the floors and steering of all the cars.

Im just putting 1 star because there is no option for ZERO!! My husband took in his car on Thursday and they told him they would call him the following day to come collect it. Today is Tuesday and we have not heard a thing from them. We attempted calling them but the person to assist is busyeternally because they NEVER return the call. We feel they are hiding something. It is horrible being kept in the dark like this.
Exceptional service with a shuttle service that will take you to your workplace after you delivered your car but take note they dont pick you up in the afternoon again so make arrangements to collect your car yourself.

Absolutely unprofessional service. I made an offer to purchase and paid a holding deposit for a Pre-owned vehicle. The sales men Pierre and Manager Bradley decided to sell the car to someone else and did not bother to inform me and are not responding to me to pay back my holding deposit. From the comments below I see this is not a new trend. I expect Audi to take some action based on the complaint lodged.

Disappointed by these guys!!! they replaced my ECU and told me everything else is fine, just waited for me to pay them the R 20 000. In the mean time i was aware of the seized oil pump, but kept it to myself to ensure they would do a full assessment, no surprise they said nothing about the oil pump and allowed a 2.0tdi to leave their workshop with physically no oil pump running. Afterwards I confronted them, they claim all was fine when they assessed the car. Yes with no oil pump? Well done Audi Bruma

Audi Bruma failed in every way.My car was misdiagnosed by incompetent technicians and only correctly diagnosed after sitting for almost 2 weeks.A part which should have taken 12 to 14 working days to arrive ended up taking around 19 working days to arrive.It then took 1.5 weeks to fit something that should have taken a few days.Now after testing, there are other damaged pipes which means the car will be kept even longer.I have been left stranded without a car for 2 months now and the dealer couldnt care less just discarding my multiple requests.Communication has also been pathetic as I had to continuously visit the dealer physically to find out whats going on with the car.It is exactly 2 months since my car was towed in and I still dont have a concrete date on when I will get it back.Audi has once again failed at putting the customer first and Audi Bruma is a true example of a terrible dealership.
The quotation I got here was more than the car they were supposed to repair
