Made me wait between 45-60min for a washing machine I paid for 2 days prior. I brought the invoice and proof of payment and head office was called to confirm that my payment reflected and item was processed for collection. Yet I still had to wait for more than 2 people to try figure out where my item/paperwork is. I dealt with one salesman over the phone, after which 2 others attempted to steal the sale by logging it on their names, thus causing all the extra confusion and misplacement of paperwork. Once my item and paperwork was found, I got shouted at/called from the other side of the store like a child. Overall, very disorganised and unprofessional. I will not return and would not recommend this store.

Always get good service. If you need a bed, this is where I recommend, you will get something at most price ranges that is of a good quality. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All over a good place to go for furniture.

I phoned to make sure they have stock before I drove all the way, got there NO stock! Dont waist your time with these people!

Tafelburg Furnishers Roodepoort- I bought a Samsung fridge on the 24th of September, had a great service from the salesman Mike both telephonically and in person. It was delivered the next day 25th of September, the 2 delivery guys were superb - they first came in to check for space and where it would be before offloading it from the truck and unpackaged it themselves, unlike other stores and they waited patiently without agitation while I thoroughly inspected for any damages and it was in a great condition.

We have dealt with Eleanore many times and would always return to her because of the good service she provides. If it was just up to her, I would have given her 5+ stars, but the availability of items, even after paying up front and waiting three months to then hear that the leather is no longer available, just makes it an uneasy experience.

I love shopping here. Staff go out of their way to assist. Prices are very reasonable, quality is great. Good job Tafelberg
