Shady bloke who helped me.Couldnt be bothered to lookup a part number.Rummaged in the back and whipped out an element. Then proceeded to insist its the correct wattage when asked, then I saw the wattage engraved on the element. (Which was not what he said it was)To top it off, he then tried to charge me double what I was quoted.Told him to keep the element, went to their other branch in town (JHB CBD).Way better reception there, actually got the correct element and got it at the quoted price which was half ol slim shady tried to fleece me.Save yourself the time, the one in town is just better.

I was referred to this place by a Sales man at Tecsa in Midrand. I called them for a quotation of a Connector Block. The gentleman that assisted me told me that unfortunately they did not have stock. He took my number down and gave me the number of their branch in the Vaal. He promised to call me back when they receive stock. The Vaal branch had stock and Keegan quoted me including delivery. Excellent service I must say.

Received wrongful information about a part i bought there and my gate motor ended up blowing. Wouldnt reccomend them.

They have no stock of any simple items yet the one in town has never run out of basic items. These guys just never order or they are selling the business piece by piece

If i could give a minus star rating i would, made an arrangement that a tech come and look at our washing machine, I was told that the call out was R150 to see what is wrong, they pitched up and requested some consumables from me to test a few things, a couple of minutes later they gave me an invoice for R1650 for repairs, which was not the agreement i made, been trying to contact and get in contact with Mark to no avail, not getting any feedback or ratification on the matter

Used to have any electrical spares you wanted. Now its rarely has even basic electrical materials. Very sad
