A new residential complex located in Riversands. The club house has a good size pool and decking area and is enjoyed by plenty of the residents and their guests. The restaurant serves a full menu and offers a live DJ which creates a very vibey atmosphere on weekends. They also have a well stocked convenience store and a laundromat.

This place has got to be the worst run complex on earth. Management non existent. Getting hold of the estate “manager” nearly impossible.We get sent emails threatening us with fines for noise violations. But the Resturant can have music pumping all day that reverberates through one’s house.The rats are disgusting and the construction been done is no excuse! Parking is a joke even though you’re actually charged for a parking bay. ( check your lease)If you’re considering moving here do yourself a favor and look somewhere else, pretty sure Baghdad is more peaceful than this hell hole.Maybe start by explaining the actual rules of the estate.I look forward to the generic bull s#€t post.

Its a safe, family friendly, beautiful place to stay. The only issue I have is the unimet charges incurred while paying for utilities like water and electricity.

There is no peace of mind, and it is really noisy. Great facilities, but its too crowded, and its not as luxurious as it claims to be. The electricity billing company is a nightmare to deal with. Because of the hidden costs, these apartments are not as affordable as they appear. A double kitchen sink would have been better, as would a larger bathroom sink; the current one is quite difficult to use without splashing water all over the floor. There are no parking restrictions, so anyone may park wherever they like, which is inconvenient for your vehicles protection and safety. There are rats everywhere, therefore staying on the ground floor will be the worst option.

Its the worst Ive been there for less than a week fully paid my rent and deposit as well as the agent fee. In less than a week Im told Im owing. Its a total nightmare as for the water and electricity bill its a proper definition of unprofessionalism and total scammers.

Dude avoid this apartments. It looks appealing from the outside but the truth is, its more expensive than the prices being advertised due to hidden charges that the agents dont tell you until you have signed the lease. And also theyve got a unimet system that handles your utility expenses, that UNIMET system will frustrate the living day light out of you. Firstly it charges you R350 monthly for absolutely nothing, cant sort out your utilities properly thereby leaving you in the dark, terrible customer support and worse still it steals money from your funds deposited.Dont say I didnt warn you !Go look for another place except if youve got money to give away.

One of the best complexes I have ever lived in. There is a play area, a gym and a great restaurant. This complex has rats....BIG RATS that torment some of us who live on the ground floor unit. I have emailed, called and cried over this issue. It is still not working.

This place is literally a township with security. It is a gated township, you can hear people making noise i dont want to mention the guys from the new apartments yho! They play their music from their cars and just chill by the parking area. This is just a noisy place if its not the kids its their fathers... I cant wait to move out shem, im literally counting down months

Bad Bad Bad place to rent at.Yes it has the resturant, small movie place, kids play area, gym(assumed to be free).Reasons why, my rent was presented as R6 700 but after they added other levies for maintenance we were paying R7 400 + R1 500(basic water and electricity) + R1 000 for hot water. They all sum up to R9 900.So for me it is the first place to pay rent, electricity and levies including other peoples recoveries( paying extra R280 to R400, for the landlords recovery).Beside the above, their maintenance is slow and they wont recover everything on time.NB! Save yourselves and rent somewhere!

Ive been staying here for 9 months and I cannot wait until my lease ends. My car license plate was stolen in the complex, unfortunately there arent any cameras in the parking lot so security couldnt really help. If its not the big rats that arent event afraid of people, its the water cuts or power cuts. This place isnt well maintained too.

I went to all the way out there to view apartments. There was nothing on the website about booking a viewing, just their open viewing/show hours (super misleading) . When I arrived at the rental office I found the staff to be very rude. I was so put off by this experience, I left without seeing any of the apartments despite driving all the way out.

Not only is it less than 10 minutes to Fourways, but it so happens to be the one place with everything I could possibly need and more which is reasonably affordable. A pool, gym, clubhouse, running trails, play areas, free wifi, onsite spa facilities, braai areas and even soccer pitches, but theres still more to do and Ive only mentioned half of what The Parks offers. Dont believe me? Go on over to their offices and ask to view the place. You wont be disappointed

This place is the actual pits, the gettho terrible in so many ways definitely the worst place i have ever stayed, there are rats everywhere, water issues every other day the meter system alone is a rip off ive berb here for only 3 months and i definitely cant wait to move out... I would advice you to find another place dont move to the Parks Lifestyle Apartments

This is the worst place to live in. Electricity problems, water gets shut down with no explanations. They never respond to your complaints especially this new estate manager Cisco, he never responds. I am definitely moving out. Its in fourways but dont expect fourways, expect a township.

Dont even think about coming to live here. Literally every week we have power interruptions for more than 5 hours.

If I could give this complex -5 stars I would. I have lived in this complex for 2 years however our lease period had come to an end and it made sense for us to move out due to our reasons that we would like to not disclose. The move out process has been nothing but hell. We sent a lease period vacation notice at the beginning of the month. No one acknowledged it. However, the finance department sent a tax statement with the rental amount due at end of the month, we rejected this. And they only responded to this after we had rejected stating that we needed to provide a 30 days notice for a lease period thats coming to an end? This was not even in the lease agreement. We physically went to their office to complain and thats only when our email to not renew our was recognised. However, with that being said the rental amount was debit ordered for the month I had left. This a huge financial inconvenience and no one is even responding to our recent emails regarding this. I wouldnt recommend this complex to anyone. The management team is unprofessional, theres rats all over, theres always issues with water, electricity and wifi.

Where do I even begin , firstly the finishes in the apartments are of very low quality , the bathroom sinks are unbearably tiny and the kitchen tap and sink are inexpensive steel, it rusts easily. The tiling on the floor are also cheap.Secondly , tenants barely abide to any of the rules , kids play in corridors and staircases, neighbours make tons of noise , I’ve seen seen skaters , ppl riding bikes , messy balconies etc , almost every rule is constantly being broken.Thirdly , the fingerprint system to enter the clubhouse/gym area isn’t functioning , that feature was completely useless and the workers don’t even know how to help cause their fingerprints often don’t work either.Furthermore , the restaurant is very rowdy , you can’t sit and enjoy a meal in peace , the music is blasted , you can’t even hear eachother speak.Also the ingredients used to make the food sometimes isn’t fresh.The space also isn’t necessarily safe for kids and women cause they are a bunch of drunk men.The newly added convenient store is a nice addition but it looks poorly built and out of place , not very “aesthetically pleasing”.Overall this place is very beautiful to look at ,the pricing is good for what they have to offer , I personally love the electricity and water billing system ,the WiFi Is good ,which is great because there’s no network in riversands whatsoever.The parks isn’t bad , but It’s not good either , I’d recommend the place to young people ages 20-30 , anyone above that age range would probably find it unbearable.

Helped my brother move in today, very neat and modern looking units , like the light fittings and bathroom set up with walk in cuboard , wi-fi , and gym in complex aswell as resturant....I find it to be exactly what it says ( its a life style all in one place ) well done😎

Nice apartments, great staff and the garden and community amenities are kept in pristine condition. Apartments are very modern and cozy. Only problem is the cellular reception. Garuntee you will struggle to make a call from within an apartment. When outside or on the balcony its a bit better but still not great. The fibre service at the Parks is provided by Clear Access and obviously the best.

Good scenery. Theres a lot of talks about break ins. Theres no washing line. Kitchen can do with a double sink instead of just 1. Dont move in until all thats meant to be replaced is actually replaced/fixed cause once you have to follow up they tend to try and bill you for the replacements

Very noisy, it’s not lifestyle oriented very ghetto. It’s a shame because it is a beautiful place but the ambiance is not it. Units are over priced and cramped up. Sewage bursts everywhere, maintenance is poor. What a sad state because the place has a lot of potential.

They built alot of block with low quality starting from maintenance end by power. They need to take money but they need to provide zero support. Great place to raise kids.

I have been living here for a year and 6 months now. The first year was okay, but shortly after I renewed my lease, the noise started. People party and make a lot of noise and I always have to call security. Power outages in this estate are a nightmare. Like today we have no electricity since 3 in the morning, the time now is almost 19:00 and the electricity is still not back. Dont move in, its a trap. We were all sold dreams until we moved in.

Be prepared to spend exorbitant amounts of money on unimet- the incompetent electricity and water provider- who renderes services using an app that hardly works and you have little to no control off, including estate management.. a SCAM to be precise.All these nuisances are not explained to you when you lease the property, not told about all the hidden administrative charges, all the airtime you will be spending to call them to resolve the meter errors because the system does not really work. Be prepared for cold showers as the water may cut of with no warning at anytimeAlso if you hate noise, dont come here. Totally not worth the money you think you will be saving.

The Parks was amazing... Emphasis on the was... But lately management have been really dropping the ball... With the electricity and power cuts that have become more frequent, recently we went 30 hours without electricity and the issue was only partially cable theft... Management seems to distant themselves from the problem bland ames it on sevvice providers but we pay our rent to CPD(houss) so please dont shift blame... Take onus and resolve the problem as we are people too!!!

Self contained living. No need to leave the premises except for the occasional trip to Makro just a few hundred metres away for the groceries. Parks, pool, soccer, gym, clubhouse, movies and even a farmers market nearby.

Went there to view the place with my partner and fell in love with the place. We agreed upon a R1000 deposit securing amount which we changed our minds and didnt get back fine. fast forward a month later we received a bill for a unit we have not seen or agreed on for about R8k which is nonsense because we did not sign any papers or received keys. Hous as a developer ripped us off because we then fell in love with The Precint and received the same bill from them. Do yourself a favor especially as a first time buyer/renter and not go to these inexperienced, incompetent and unprofessional people who are ripping you off even before you are a tenant. its really pathetic that you have to see this because it could impact your credit record. Avoid the sales person called Johnny, he promised us heaven on earth but no written proof of what he said even lied and said that our R1000 deposit was re-fundable only to hear that its not true. I understand you need to push sales but not in the name of exploiting people. I only gave 1 star because i cant give any less but it is what it is. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Place is good but the management is thief you wont get your deposit money back if you are tenant so be careful and if you have a lawyer then you can be one of them tenant and before you moved in take all the pictures carefully

Place looks good but my poor rating is due to the service i received. I booked an appointment to view a unit and arrived there to find nobody at reception. I called the sales lady and she said that they are extremely busy and if i can come back at another time. Didnt have the courtesy of calling to say there is a delay. And given the current COVID situation i found the sales office full of people without masks, no sanitizers and definitely no social distancing. Quite disappointing.

The place is crowded, sewer is always bursting, the clubhouse is noisy, people just sit in the driveways and drink. Weekends are the worst in terms of noise. This place is definitely the worst complex Century has ever built and is below standards.

I was so keen to purchase an apartment and the agent that I was dealing with told me that the sale was cancelled without any further explanation and she ignored me afterwards. Such terrible Service.

This is the worst place you can ever stay!!! We had a sewage burst at our place, which is just daunting and I can imagine how many other tenants have had a sewage burst here. I used to take morning walks until I realized there is sewage all over, you will see sewage when you walk to the tennis courts or even just when you walk around the parking area! This place is a health hazard!!!
