Quiet, neat and peaceful. Great starter place for young professionals, however, the place has some serious problems with electricity. There are many times the complex has been without electricity whilst the neighboring complexes and everyone else had electricity. Sometimes the electricity will switch on and off in quick succession about 50 times in a row and then stop for 20 minutes and repeat. This is a sure-fire way to damage all your electrical appliances. Then when you complain, youre told its the whole area.

Quite an amazing place to stay in. Very private and close to all the major places in the North, fourways, Northgate, Bryanston, Sandton etc

Constant power failures which doesnt seem to get solved, whether it is due to incompetance or poor maintenance!! Its probably the worst place to stay!! Its not worth a score!! Thank you to ruining another weekend!!
