Nice place to stay with tight security

Well first of all the security personnel have no customer service skills and are rude to visitors. As a security guard one should not bridge their code of conduct and I have reason to say that I suggest their taught how to tend to customers and visitors in a friendly polite manner.Thus it Phumulani Gardens deserves even less than 1 star due to the housing security. You cant tell a visitor who is there for enquiries to go you are done with them thus you neglect ignore and be presenting the purest form of customer abuse and ignorance.
