Ive always been drawn by the exterior fecaad and finally went in. To my amusement the ambience is relaxed, the decor has muted tones of Grey, Silver and Black..,it exudes finesse.The pasta was delicious however it could do with a touch more garlic and herbs.The staff a professional, will definitely return.

Been there first time after the revamp. the place is beautiful but unfortunately these no ambience.My husband had the tequila chicken it was okay nothing to shout aboutvery stand.I had the sorrento pasta was tastelesshardly had pasta sauce, was very disappointed.They dont have a menu for drinks only a wine list, menu is very limited.

First visit after renovation. The place is amazingly decorated and the food was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas. The steak was the best Ive had I years. Definitely an awesome restaurant to dine in the South

The new look is refreshing and the extension to an open courtyard adds to the complete ambience of a great eating place with fantastic Italian fare! The best pizzas in the South of Johannesburg. The food is good and the venue is great.The staff however are extremely rude and ruined the entire experience. When asked about one of the dishes the responses from the staff (waiter and management) were dismissed and disrespectful. Despite the fact that we waited 1.5 hours for our food (which was not even the complaint/query).Not a single sorry or thank you from anyone involved. Would not recommend as a sit down experience.

Completely redone excellent service well spaced out covid regulations all met and the food absolutely 💯 the way I remember it Im sure it will only get better with time .

I really loved my choice of food. Pizzas looked gtrat and my family enjoyed them. Maybe just a little expensive but overall I recommend anyone to go there as you winter be dissapointed.

For starters, the restaurant is very visually pleasing. The atmosphere is great and the food is nothing but mouth-wateringly delicious! The prices are also really good; affordable and in preportion to the amount food youre getting.Would definitely recommend to eveyone I know.

The absolute best pizza in the country hands down, no contest. Had one the other day made by the owner and I cant remember ever having a better pizza in my life. Perfect and delicious in every way.

The pizzas we had were wonderful, thin based like we prefer and a nice generous amount of toppings on. Good prices for the amount of food you get as the pizzas are huge. I am looking forward to going back to trying the fresh pasta. Pity about the ambiance though, as there isnt any....this restaurant has recently reopened though so I am hoping the ambiance will improve over time as this place could become a favourite! 10/10 for the safe parking as you drive into a gated car park with someone there look after the vehicles!

A watered down version of its former self. An upgrade to the atmosphere came at the cost and of the reason why it was revered... the food. Expect smaller servings and a slightly larger bill. The service remains good with friendly and helpful staff. Not many vegan options available but the ones available are worth trying.

Vera Vita is no longer in business the photo you show is years old and out of date .It has a new name The Court Yard , I have not been , it looks depressed with grey walls not very inviting to say the least. Dont have clue about the food I just hope it is an improvement to what they had before.If need be , go to Tulip or the 303 all in the same road prices may vary depending on what your style of food is .

Service was a bit slow and disorganized, food all arrived hot except my wifes steak. Waiters were very pleasant

I have not been yet as the colour of the outdoor walls are not very inviting. They are a dull gry colour and as of yet Iv hardly seen any people supporting this place .Iv seen alleged photos of the inside but under the old name taken a few years ago . I have no idea what the menu looks like or what type of food they are preparing. As a restaurant they have not yet shown what they are about , in fact if not seen any advertising for them . Iv seen more patrons at the coffee shop up the road , the 303 as its called as it is on Rifle Range road . We dont have many coffee shops in this area as they have moved to Shopping Centers. Not at all happy with what they charge for a ordinary coffee, its cheaper to make at home .
