The other day my burger was burnt... It was bad and I couldnt eat it!!! Was so disappointed!

Value for money. We dont go to MC Donald anymore. Burger King got good portion and I love cheese sticks. Well done!

Good service, tasty food.Came here recently to buy the Big👑King XXL Meal and I was so happy to see that the staff still give good service. Even the garage staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone was helped quick and the food was worth the drive.Keep up the good work guys👌🏿One thing you could improve is the safety factor. This is not the safest place at night so please try figure something out with the garage owner to improve the safety factor.

I recieved a quick service and there is this gentleman(I truly forgot his name) who gave me a wonderful service. You wouldnt get bored when you are with him, he knows how to keep a conversation and even went an extra mile to help us take our food to the car even though I kind of refused. Well done.

One of the very few Halaal Burger Kings. I love their burgers - great quality. Almost secretly located in the garage right next to a convenience store you can get more than just food

They are always out of stock on mayonnaise

Good burger yet not good in terms of service. It would be great if they had two people working the till and more people preparing the orders, perhaps only during peek hours. They do provide quick service given the conditions but they can do with some help. And please clean up the tables and fix the chairs a bit more frequently.

Burger King is never packed but their sanitizer is at a hidden spot, most people dont use it and no employee is assigned to monitor customers

Would love to say more but the experience was mundane. Seemingly what youd expect from a much smaller derivative of such a giant corporate fast food brand. Efficient staff but that was with only a few people been served. Would love to see the outcome with much larger crowds though.

The only reason I gave thia place a 4 is because its at a petrol station and if you come on the wrong day or at the wrong time you wont find any parking. Never had a bad experience with their food or waiting times though.

Not enough free mayonase I asked for 6 and they said no it is against the law I only went there for the mayonaise thats all I want is mayonaise please make sure staff members give enough mayonaise otherwise I will be the end of burger king

Service is ok but it is soooo hot in the shop that I could not breathe and everyone was complaining. Asked the manager to turn Aircon up but no luck. I eventually went and sat in my car with Aircon on to eat.

Poor service card machine not working nosiphe arrogant and made me feel very unwelcome dont think i will be visiting there again. She promised me she will make the order while i wait. When i arrived back still had to wait for them to make the order. Didnt expect such low standards from burger king.....i think the upgraded McDonalds at Southgate is a much better option in the future. Stay away pls
