I paid my initial deposit for a couch and a headboard with the Sunnyside branch , for reasons unknown the shop closed. Id have appreciated a message informing me of this . I then completed my final payment with the Paul Kruger store on the 27th of January. According to your T and Cs worst case scenario is the delivery will take upto 5 working days. Its been 8 , Ive been calling your Paul Kruger store to follow up on the status of my order and each time Im given a vague answer. They promise to call me back but never do. Lately theyve been picking up the call and as soon as they hear its me the line is cut. How do you run a business like this? What worries me the most is after reading through your reviews by other customers most are frustrated with your your service. Communication would go a long way. I wouldnt recommend fair price to anyone. How youve made it to 99 stores with such dismal service is astonishing. I worry for the the quality of items Im supposed to receive.

Fair Price Lichtenburg absolutely unprofessional. The Manager acts like a teenager yelling and talking to everyone as if they are her tjommiesI get told that even though I collect my own washing machine from their store I will still need to pay for the driver to bring the stock to Lichtenburg from Mafikeng as they do not have stock!!! Is it the customers problem that they do not keep stock??

Fair play Bochum is the worst shop I have ever bought anything from. They are rubbish and they also sell rubbish and their service is rubbish. I bought a fridge on 28 December 2020 and paid R400 for delivery to Indermark till today 25 January 2021 I have not received the fridge nor a phone call for update. I keep calling their number and no one bothers to answer. Waste of my money

Fair price wynberg alexandra their customer service is the worst i bought couches and they didnt even last a day, they not strong and they are fake, when you sit down they bend and theres nails coming out and I asked them more than 9 times to come and collect the couches they giving me run arounds saying they will come and collect till today and I am going to my new year with broken couches. The service that I received at fair price is really bad. I bought 2 wardrobe and a bed on the 29 of January 2020 cash. That same week they delivered only one wardrobe and the bed.I had to call that one of the wardrobe was not delivered. A week after they delivered the wardrobe, after I had called them several times. Only to find out that the wardrobe delivered does not have a mirror. I called them everyday asking them for the wardrobe mirror until today. Last week Monday I had to come back all the way from Johannesburg to Pretoria to fix this matter, yet it’s still not fixed. I called them yesterday and yet I haven’t receive what is mine. The second wardrobe has a fault also on it. Those sales people and the manager himself doesn’t take customers serious. Their incompetency has cost me a lot of airtime and petrol, which I don’t believe it’s fair for a customer. I am writing this with anger because I wasn’t treated well by this store. The manager failed to help me hence I am sending this email. With the service I received I will never set foot in any fair price or recommend it to anyone. You need to train the people you hire, they know nothing about customer service and they incompetent.

The service is unacceptable, money they are quick to take but when it comes to deliver there is always a story. I had to keep on calling for the furniture to be delivered and everytime its a different story.This is now the second time Ive encountered this bad service at Krugersdorp Fair Price.

I dont see my self buying at fair price anymore.Before Month end of June i went to sam Tuli mall To buy bed And wordrope. My Goods took 2 weeks before i get them. AfterThey Delivered them last Week Thursdays at night, They left me with a broken wordrope and without Keys ,ive been Phoining Them To come and Fix it ,they kept on saying today we are coming, Today we are coming its Almost the end of The week they ve been saying That, Even Today they said They coming Before 12 , when i phone Back phone is Off . This is a horrible shop to by appliances. I bought a hisense fridge there in May 2020 they say the fridge is at warehouse they will deliver it. Instead of delivering a new fridge they deliver a fault fridge and that fridge its second-hand. When i go back to the shop I bought the fridge they say i have to wait for HISENSE TECHNICIAN. And the technician comes he He agrees that the fridge is fault they we going to exchange it. When i get back to the shop the saleslady tells me that the guy who comes to ur house is a ghost she doesnt know him. On my understanding this shop when u buy thinks there if it is fault they we will send thieves to came and collect it. Then u will lose both the fridge and ur money. This shop is total a scam. Terrible service at Sunnyside. They tell you it takes 2 to 3 days before they deliver and then take forever! In fact if you dont do follow-ups you might not get what you need because the drivers stay with your goods wherever and the store staff members dont do any follow-ups with them until you come to enquire.

Your service is extremely poor!! You fail customers day in and out, be it with the conduct of your managers or delivering goods purchased.

Poor service at Alex Mall. I bought a set of table, told it will be delivered within 3 days. I requested to be called at least an hour before the delivery so that I can get home from work to receive the delivery myself as there is no one in my house during the day. The driver called me when he was already on his way and there is no way I could get home on time, instead they delivered in my neighbors house. The table set was in boxes, of which the main one was open and when we want to assembly it has a huge crack that its almost into 2 halves. I went to Alex Mall store, the manager was rude dont want to listen to anything. After a long squabble thats when she said she will attend to it. its been 3 days since. What a waste of my money.

You have the worst service as a company honestly..If it is not furniture that is incomplete upon delivery it is the rude drivers who do not have basic human decency to understand that we used money to purchase goods.Your phones are never answered by anyone and you have the worst service at the shop i mean who cannot get hold of the warehouse and the but they work there.The tellers tell us to phone the drivers as if it is our responsibility.I understand that your shops are established in middle class communities but please for the sake of basic respect and just service not good service but service in general do us right we are supporting and trying to grow the company..I wont recommend this shop to anyone since it is hell bent on providing bad service through out the country.

I am so disappointed by fair price. Last year i bought a walldrope from them it took them 3 months to deliver. I bought again this year on the 25/11/2018 they delivered the material on Tuesday the 27 even today they havent sent a person to assemble the walldrope. when i call the store they tell me the person who assembles hasnt collected the receipt. I called head office the regional manager hanged up on me. Please help what must i do to get help at fair price????????????

I purchased a couch and a bed at Fair Price in South Gate and the delivery was to Alberton. I was charged delivery of R350(Cash on delivery) . However upon arrival, the guys wanted more money to take the goods to the 2nd floor (R100 to be exact) and an extra amount for them to drill the couch legs of which I ddnt have. I opened my purse so they could see that I honestly did not have money and they left my things down stairs. Mind you, I was still rushing to wor as I had excused myself for 30minutes.
