Wasnt allowed in and they werent very helpful

Had a recommendation from my builder to use this company.I Called today for a call out. I mentioned that my builder had recommended them. I Explained my garage doors were having issues and they work on springs and roll up to the ceiling. I was told the technicians would call to arrange a time and a call out fee of R750 was charged including an hour and if they could fix it on site - acceptable and I agreedLater today they just arrived, no phone call - I was at workLuckily - or not - they were let inThey looked, told my staff member they don’t do these doors and the only way they can help me is if we change to their roll up doors. They requested their call out fee and said the call centre would call me tomorrowMy question- why on earth agree to send someone if you know you can’t fix. Why take the money if you’re knew you couldn’t Why not call me immediately to explain??I will NEVER use this company again

Setup an appointment with the sales representative (Bradley) for today 17/06/2020 - 11h00. No show, no call. Called headoffice, was told he was on a call, left my number so he can explain himself to me. Still waiting on that call. Called other companies in the mean time.

Fitted a roll up door last week, requested to come out and inspect as the door was giving problems, came out and charged a call out fee. Poor service

This was a crap place to go. Unfriendly and non understanding staff.The experience could have been better.

Do not care about clients who ask for qoutations
