After sales service is poor. Emails are being ignored and even when posting a review you (the unhappy customer) get told to contact them?? Surely Suzuki should be contacting the customers when receiving these bad reviews? Definitely would not recommend them

They still offer a drop off and pick up transport service whilst other dealerships dont because of COVID-19 situation. Easy booking. A clean and shiny car when you pick it up after the service.

Great professionalism when you want to buy a new vehicle, but as soon as you drive it off the floor, thats when the service stops. Emails to the salesman and the Principal dealer get totally ignored.Got a reply from Roger (not sure who he is) tried phoning him to no avail. The line rings and rings and rings and then just cuts off......

The salesman Dion is arrogant and rude. They sell damaged cars. It looks wonderful and clean from the outside and it looks brand new but after driving for a few days you realise the car has engine issues and they dont do anything to help you. Legally there should be a 90 day window for anything that goes wrong but not at this place. If you drive your car out of there nothing after that is their problem anymore. They have a dont care attitude from the reception right to the management of that place. Biggest sharks you can find. In broad daylight they steal peoples money and get away with it.

I was treated very poorly by the way i was dressed clearly . Was told the problem.i had was very expensive and looked up and down . I left disgusted . Luckily for me suzuki Bramley helped me and gave the best service I could have ever asked for .. ... Which I happily paid for with a smile on my face .

We went to Suzuki Rossetenville on Saturday just in an out. They called me a few hours later as they would have gotten my number from the register i completed. Asked If I or my wife lost a phone I said not sure, after checking and they describing the phone we concluded that she lost it not even knowing. The Staff picked up the phone and went out of their way to contact us. and on top of that waited until my wife went to fetch her phone.I can confidently conclude that for the Staff at Suzuki Rossetenville it is much more about the deal but the experience.THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

Beware of whacking - vehicles maintenance and warranty are not based on when you actually buy the vehicle but rather on the date the dealership manipulates the sale date for their own benefit and commissions. Lets see if they honour the other promises theyve made....

I bought a new Suzuki Swift in March this year. Asked the sales guy (Andrew Egan) when the new shape Suzuki will be coming out he told me he had no idea. I think that was not true as the new shape came out not even 2 months after that. Then came my first service. I phoned asked them what time i can bring it in they said at 7am i will have my car by 9am. By 11am i still did not have my car i waited and eventually my car came. Not even washed. Very disappointed. Not happy at all with the service.

Worst ever service at services department our warranty expired and all problems started immediately after that they not loyal to customers after warranty expired we sitting with a problem that we had long before warranty expired and all they say to us is we must pay to have it repaired to add insult to injury the receptionist and service management are a bunch of liars they lied toe and now that we contacted HQ they are lied to giving them a complete opposite of our situation they also lied saying that they contacted us and all problems were sorted out ,no one called us at all ,also we took our car for diagnostics they refused to give us a print out of diagnostics still waiting 5 weeks after complaining to HQ we dont have a copy of diagnostics and our problem of buttons on steering still not sorted out on our Vitara highly dissatisfied,disappointed and disgusted at the way they been treating us ,this is not first time we having problems with IPOP previously they did not give us documentation for 2 or 3 consecutive services till we complained to H Q. NO WARRANTY NO HELP BIG THUMBS DOWN IPOP AND SUZUKI HEAD QUARTERS NO HELP AT ALL
