Previously Imperial Select the Glen. Overall level of service is OK but lacks consistency. This is generally a vehicle sales agent and offer vehicle service as well, be sure to be early when bringing your car in for service. You will be offered a ride to take you where ever you are going while your vehicle is being attended to and will receive regular updates through out the day on the progress of the service.Coffee machine was not operational during my visit but they play good music though. :-)

Bad service after the deal is sealed. Teboho was the sales person. The car was collected 17/08/2021 with not even a full/half tank fuel but he said its Kia SA policy to just put R200.00 fuel on a car not full tank. The tracker was installed the next day. I dont know if it was installed at all or its a rip off. I am saying this because I have asked him for the details He kept on saying Lebo is busy she/he will get back to me but to this day I havent heard from both him and Lebo. This is a bad service all I want is the name of the TRACKER so that i can download the app and google how to use the app. If my car gets stolen I am just like someone who doesnt have a tracker. The tracker company the manual the name nothing was given to us except for his word. I am still waiting for Lebo if i am not contacted then we paying for something that was not installed in the first place.

Went looking for a Kia Sonet. All the sales agent said was that there was no stock, there was back log and that wed have to wait about 3 months.He seemed to lack interest. We mentioned we wanted to trade in but he didnt even bother to ask what car we had. He didnt tell us the cost of the vehicle we are interested in either. All he said was if we are willing to wait we can start the application process.There were 2 cars which he only told us after we asked to view, that they had owners already and we just asked to have a quick look at the interior.He didnt give us even a single spec on the car.Or at least other options which are readily available...There was lack of enthusiasm, not knowing if its because hes discouraged because the car is short on stock or because hes already made enough sales to be bothered by more.

We have bought a few cars through them and were always happy but it all changed a year and a half where their service is really bad and there are so many people who complain about their service. Take your car in for service and then something goes wrong and they sit with your car for over a month cant figure out what went wrong on a simple service. New staff that dont know what they doing or bad management who knows but not many people have faith in them any more.

I was very disappointed with their service this time around, i took my car for service with them on the 14th of November and for some reason my car was the only one that was not cleaned. I asked why as i could see other cars coming out clean and i was told i should bring it back to be cleaned. I wonder what criteria do they use to clean peoples cars. I would have appreciated a reason as am also a paying client.

They are so good before sale, but after sale they act like spoil brats... You must be the one chasing them to finalise what they have started(e.g. getting your disc etc). I am so disapointed.
