Owner/manager is downright RUDE. I have never experienced such a terrible attitude when visiting a shop in Howick, or quite frankly anyway in South Africa!

Rude owner!!! He needs training in customer etiquette. Its the last time i will shop there. I only bought what I had becasue the salesman was helpul and friendly.

Poor effort. I phoned ahead to establish closing time and that the items required were available. When I arrived at the store, ahead of closing time, the shop was closed. Business car still in the parking lot, but no answer to knocking on the door or to phone call. Perhaps what I was wanting to buy was just not worth their effort?
