Outstanding. The customer service and attention to personal detail was beyond anything our family has ever experienced. Our daughter is an allergy sufferer and this was taken account of perfectly, with delicious egg free versions of everything. Were often anxious about whether a mistake has been made, but not here. Service was always present but not intrusive.The guide and tracker were unbelievably knowledgeable, fun and enthusiastic. They made every game drive an exciting adventure.Thank you Kjell, TK, Angel, Sam, Vuyani and Sidwell for an experience well never forget and hope to repeat.

The most incredible staff and lodge. Facilities are amazing and game drives were both well organized and accommodating! We stayed in the Rock Fig suite for the weekend and were treated exceptionally well by the staff. I will go back to Naledi any day.

Imprinted into my head and on my heart forever!I had the amazing opportunity to stay at Naledi game lodge for 2 nights and I can’t even begin to explain how amazing it was! I was taken care of so well that for a second, I forgot that the staff and owner were strangers because it felt like family. We went on two game drives daily with Sidwelland Vuyani and they made it by FAR, the best game drives I have ever been on (and I’ve been on a lot). The morning and afternoon coffees and sundowners, the tracking of animals,and all the inside jokes will be something that I will think about often! Lilian’s laugh, warmth and welcome drink were unforgettable, you were like a guardian angel that was always around when needed. TK, you were my like my mom- always checking up on us/me, making sure we were okay and happy and I have NEVER experienced that amount of effort before. Dudu, your food!! Your personality! Your voice- all of it! You and your food will be one of the main reasons I will make Naledi my home away from home. Kjell, you were so welcoming from the get go, as soon as we got to the lodge we couldn’t wait to meet you and when we did, it felt like we’ve always known you, you helped us out even when we were checked out and “no longer guests” and I just want to say thank you again. Going forward all of my “mile stones” will be celebrated at your game lodge, that, I promise! You all went above and beyond and you made me and my family feel like absolute royalty and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! I would HIGHLY recommend this lodge!

A wonderful lodge with amazing staff, food & hospitality. The game drives were exceptional and the rockfig room was excellent. highly recommended we cant wait to return.

Out trip was beyond what we expected, the staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful.We were fortunate to spend 3 days at the lodge, over Valentines day, on the morning of the 14th, we were treated to a surprise breakfast and the staff surprised us with a touching gift - that we were not expecting.We were surprised with what sounded like a kill just outside outer room, when TK came down to serve us dinner, she quickly organized that we were taken out to go see of we could find the activity, this kind of service is not found easily.Naledi is truly a home away from home, TK, Dudu and Excellent were not just staff, they felt like friends.To Kell, you have an amazing team, and thank-you for everything.

We enjoyed 3 days in this beautiful and intimate lodge.All staff members were very friendly, helpful and absolutely customer-oriented. The food was very, very good and the quality was perfect.Our Suite (Rock fig) was so beautiful but it was worth leaving it for the game drives (one in the morning, one in the evening- every day) because our guides were also amazing and so we saw the Big five more than once and then some. (Zebras, Giraffes, Hippos, boars, monkeys...)I truly can recommend Naledi.

We had a fantastic stay at Naledi. The rooms (Leadwood Suite) were spacious, comfortable and well-decorated. The property has several common spaces for guests to use, all with great views. The food was delicious, and dinners were usually an elaborate affair with different settings each night. Balule is a smaller reserve, and seemed to have fewer animals than Kruger Park at the time that we visited. Despite that, the game drives were good and we managed to observe a beautiful pride of lions up-close. What made the stay special though was the staff. They are so friendly and caring. Petronella, Alex and the crew went above and beyond to give us an experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives.Note that Google has incorrectly listed this property as 2-star. Its definitely 4 or 5 star.

Just come back from a 3 night stay and cannot rate this place enough.The staff are so helpfull and well mannered and nothing is trouble for them.The place was immaculate and the food was fantastic (not 1 bad meal).

Absolutely recommend. Lodges are beautiful and the staff is incredible. The staff are so kind, welcoming and friendly they truly enhanced the trip. The itinerary each day is a great balance of activities and down time. Food is also great and good variety.

After reading several glowing reviews of Naledi and saving up for years for a S. African safari, we were excited to book a 4 night safari for my 40th birthday. It was a bucket list trip! But then COVID-19 hit.We had a non-refundable reservation and we knew there was risk if we could not make it to the lodge. However, the lodge is closed by order of the S. African government, which has recently extended its ban on international tourism until February 2021 (the lodge will dispute this, but all you have to do is Google it).I sent a note to the General Manager who politely asked me to consider rebooking for a later date instead of asking for a refund in order to allow them to have cash flow to pay their staff. As a small business operator myself, I completely understood the request and was sympathetic. However, in our case, we are adopting an infant in the coming months and therefore couldnt postpone our trip (who takes a baby on a safari?). When I told the General Manager our situation, it became clear that his request to postpone was actually an order. He made it very clear that although the lodge was closed and they could not accept guests or fulfill our reservations, they would not be issuing any refunds.While I sympathize as COVID-19 has hit many worldwide very hard, the only ethical thing to do when you cannot deliver services paid for is to refund if the customer asks. I hope that those that can postpone will do so. That said, I imagine that some of Naledis customers have also been hit hard by COVID-19 and they themselves may be out of jobs or have life situations that prevent a postponement.On this reservation alone, I am out thousands of dollars. Although S. African airlines filed for bankruptcy, they were decent enough to refund our flights that were cancelled.DO NOT MAKE FUTURE RESERVATIONS UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO RISK YOUR ENTIRE PAYMENT.Unfortunately, I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company to see if this can be resolved as Naledi refuses to make any other accommodation.

I went there for 3 days , it were the best days in my life. The staff are very hospital. The food is amazing. And the trips were bumpy yet exciting. Better than most of the other lodges and believe me Ive tried a lot of them.

I loved this place! Hospitable staff, beautiful scenery, and spacious, impeccable rooms. Would love to go back!
