An item on my order must have got mixed up with someone elses. The shift manager then proceed to fetch my item from the other client outside the shop and tried to give me the item that was opened by someone else. He was very upset when I refused to accept it. I demanded that they make me another one not sure that they did as it was ice cold when I wanted to eat it. Naturally I didnt want to take a chance with it and had to dispose of it.

As expected the best burger in town. I always buy Steers burgers. They are South African and proud of it. They know what South Africans like!

Excellent Covid precautions in place. The food was delicious and fresh. I just couldnt give it 5 stars because I couldnt get a milkshake tonight because they were cleaning the ice cream machine.

Did not know you get Mayo and TOMATO SAUCE on a Steers Chicken burger (usually it is with a creamy Mayo and Mustard sauce). So dissapointed, because we came from far and also had a long way to go, and all we get was DRY, OLD chicken burgers with old buns from Steers. Seriously do not buy there. I loved Steers, but was so disgusted today.

Steers is a steers is a steers. Love the chips though when it’s freshly fried it’s the best. Sometimes it’s old and oily and I get the dark hard bits from the bottom of the barrel

Such poor service. The lady at the Steers counter looked at me twice and turned her back to me before deciding to help me. I was the only customer. Took 20 mins to get 2 burgers(there was only 2 customers) before my husband had to ask what was taking so long and even then hardly got a response. I really like Steers but sadly the staff at this branch have made my Steers experience very unpleasant and frustrating.

Food was good as is all steers and it was quick if that is what you are looking for.

Bad service and staff has attitude l will always prefer my home Steers in Kingwilliams town as opposed to Graaff Reinet
