Good service I received there made me happy, was quick and friendly.

Their service is very poor. The staff dont know how to communicate with customers. I waited for about an hour to be helped.

It was so disappointing i bought a 9 piece bucket 4 zinger wings and a snack burger the lady helping me did not mention the wings had a waiting time of ten minutes, she started calling out numbers thats were after me 5 minutes i had to ask her whats happening with my order she told me I have to wait for the wings witch will be 10 minutes, 12 minutes in I asked her to cancel the wings, she casually asked the back for wings and the gave her she still call two more people to get their order before me.No apology what so everShe was not provoked, I was nice to her I even said hi to her and asked how she was doing. Im really disappointed

We waited 30 minutes for our food. All the cold drinks were warm and flat (the first time in my life I experience that). They swapped a Coke for a Fanta without even asking us - because they ran out of Coke.

Very slow service and incorrect order

Chicken is undercooked, wings are overcooked and the amount of beggars around this KFC makes it a very unpleasant and unsafe experience. The beggars follow you through the drive through constantly harassing you (even at the payment window!) and the staff do nothing about this. Worst KFC Ive ever visited. Not recommended.

A very busy site and you are assured of fresh food. The only thing that upset me about this site was that they chose not to sell a promotional item although it was visible on their menu board. I did question employee and no one could provide me with an answer.

Fairly run down premises and the beggars a real problem at the collection window. The service is however good and the staff well trained. The food is typical of this well know brand of fast food outlet.

I visited the shop 10h00 in the morning to buy lunch. Only breakfast menu was available. Tha cashier tried to explain the other menu by mouth. Not acceptable.

Got into drive through. First window took my full order and last but not the least asked me how am I going to pay, seeing that I dont carry cash with me, Ill be paying with my card, sorry our card machine not working. So there I sat, cant reverse car behind me, cant go forward car in front of me for nearly 10 minutes. Why not just put a notice up where you enter into drive through, I mean really!

Worst service i have ever had at any KFC. After 25 min waiting for 3 wraps, i was told it was only being prepared now, its still frozen???? With no care attitude, i finally requested a refund, that was given without an apology or any customer care!!!

The service at this KFC is disappointing! If they not getting the order wrong(happens ALOT, even after theyve repeated the order back to you, when you get your food, its not what you ordered), the food is not fresh, or we have to wait so long in drive-thru just for a small order. Theres always something. Its really frustrating.

The staff members are many but they are too much playfull as a result the orders were very slow even when I tried drive through. I wont go there again honestly its not pleasant at all.

Terrible...waited 25 mintes before we could place our order - drive thru. No lettuce, no ice cream. Asked for extra mayo on rounder because theres no lettuce AND they want to charge me. Where is my discount because I could not get trimmings on my rounder??Card machine not working! Waited another 20+ minutes before we got our food. Drive-thru space is very tight!

We had to wait a very long time at the drive through. There must have been something wrong with one of the orders for a car in front of us. The attendant at the final window did apologise for the wait.It was very dirty around the building, they should try to keep in clean.The food was okay but we didnt get any salt or spices or even tomato sauce, which makes eating the chips a little dull.

Extremely slow for a drive-thru. Also not very clean and tidy around the building, didnt feel safe while buying food there.

I went there two times in two days. I couldnt the pap and gravy meal. The other day Ronel told me wait for two hours. For the pap to be ready. Two hours later there still was no pap and they said the manager was too busy to see me

Really poor experience. Went through the drive through waited almost half an hour to be served with 3 vehicles ahead of us. Had to place the order twice at two separate windows. Had the whole experience topped with food poisoning. Cannot recommend this particular KFC

Lack of space, its on the main road enroute to Cape Town nd a Port Elizabeth aswell as a few smaller towns, KFC needs to xpand.

The food is like kfc food always is. Although when they get a little bit busy they get behind on orders and takes long to complete them. But the staff are nice, their just to loud sometimes and the place isnt always that clean, but with so many people coming and going you understand that they dont always have time to clean up after everyone

I bought 2 3 piece chicken with pap n 8 wings. I only got 2 3 piece chicken with pap no wings. I robbed me because they noticed that I was in a hurry.
