I have been waiting for 3 months now for Psira Certificate i dont know what i must do am always angry when i think about that place they are not even answering calls sies.

The ladies at training helped me very well ans gave me good advice to the way forward. Well done.

What a long wait.... I arrived before 10am to stand in a long que outside the psira offices. Once inside you stand in another que after which you get to que in another que to pay for psira certificate and psira identification card. Once done with cashier you get to wait again in waiting area until all your information has been verified and then you photo gets taken and your certificate is issued. It takes the whole day I only left at 4pm.

The fastest service I have ever experienced. Good customer care as well

The Security (Xhobani Sec Serv) was unwilling to assist me regarding questions I had for the forms.. The Lady on the first desk (who checks and verifies IDs, application forms and tells you how much to pay) was VERY MOODY and also not willing to assist me with the questions I had regarding some sections of the form.. The Young Lady (@cashier) was a bit friendly..I lot of unnecessary queuing, (first time reg) - queue to get the application form, go to the back of the queue to submit it, queue for payment.. No wearing of name tags.. Most of personnel were respectful though.. 👍

Convenient Police clearance service provider. Clearance done and results out in few days.

Terrible service here. No disinfectant upon arrival,considering the amount of people coming here, they have zero hygiene control for visitors. I had an appointment to see a consultant, and was not. They refuse to certify ID Copies,and yet they have inspectors that are legally able to do so. The cashier can not take payments as she does not have a password. This experience left a lot to be desired from such a vast organization.

The security personnel were friendly, and my business there was taken good care of.

If u are looking for anything about cellphone thats a place to be...
