Atlas Security is excellent! When I run at 5am, two or more patrol vehicles pass me and acknowledge that they see me running in the dark by waving or flashing their lights. Thank you for making the world a better place.

Was in trouble with potential hijacking, could obviously not get through to SAPS. Atlas imediatly sent out 2 vehicles to assist. Great, fast armed reponce.

They are responsive when it comes to alarm going off and patrols. But when it comes to anything account wise they are pathetic. We do not get invoices when we ask for it you have to beg them.They inatalled our system 5 months ago and labbeled the one sector wrong it still has not been corrected.

The communication is really poor and pathetic! Takes forever to get a response to my emails. WhatsApp and Facebook messages are blue ticked! I signed all the documents but there hasnt been any confirmation as to when I can join. Its also taking way too long to get an installation and officially be a client and I really hoped as a new customer this would be prioritised! This is really unprofessional! Hope I dont regret signing up with Atlas.

Would be nice if they answered their phones in response to a false alarm or actually call to find out whats going on. They didnt even show up when we pushed the panic the other day. NSA was better before Atlas took over

A technician was meant to call back but never did. Their response is usually good

I was a client with them for almost 5 years - I even sang their praises and recommended them to friends, family and they became the gate keepers and service preferred service provider to my complex on my recommendation. HOW they have fallen. response time to triggered alarms at least an hour, after a positive burglary there was no vehicle sent, it took phone calls and pressing the panic a further two times to get a response. Myself, my parents and friends have all cancelled with them due to their shoddy service. On discovery of the positive break in, when they finally arrived they wanted us to enter the darkened premises in front of them - even though they were the armed respondents. They are quick to advertise their work on social media, apprehending suspects etc - but what they dont tell you is that these are vehicles and response officers being taken away from paying customers who need assistance. Please look at other service providers before believing their promises.

Very good service. Lady at the control room was patient and helpful when testing the alarm for the company.

Atlas security officer removed gate remote from the lock box and left the box open. Gate remote was missing for more than a week. Had to reprogram all my remotes. Took 5 weeks to get the invoice for another security provider paid.

Turning out to be the worst move I made to get Atlas. We have a faulty sensor in our workshop which I asked the operator to ignore yet they phone the whole night. They send out a technician to come find the faults in our system and he find everything wrong except the faulty passive. Their operators are rude when contacting you during the night. Very un professional.

Gagets the reps sell and what is been given is not functional so I refused to pay coz dont get technical assistance and Im suspended from atlas system.

Worst security company by far, useless over the phone, armed response is extremely rude and threatening, felt attacked at my own place of work, iirc highly recommend using anyone else. Very poor service and very disappointing. None stop issues from atlas.

Receptionists dont come across very friendly. They could at least greet with a smile instead of just staring until you say something. Felt rather uncomfortable.

Three Atlas officers stopped to help a friend of mine tonight, at 23h30 in Summerstrand, PE. Her car could not start and they could see that her car needed a jump start. They phoned a personal friend who got out of his warm bed to bring jacks to jump start the car. The willingness to help, their polite demeanor and eagerness to go that extra mile was just amazing. I phoned because I needed a tech person to come to my house, was told they would get someone yo call and set up an appointment..I live in Port Alfred and could not get hold of the local office. I am still waiting for the call back(a month later). I went in to the local office and my tech problem was sorted out the next morning.
