Had an oat milk flat white. Bleh is the nicest way to describe it. Poor poor effort.Had a cappuccino with milk as a replacement. That was decent.

Very friendly staff, the atmosphere is quite chilled. The coffee isnt expensive and comes with a little chocolate slab. The coffee isnt strong but is still very nice

A good coffee fix when in Walmer Park and a quick-in and quick-out is required.We have experienced on numerous occasions that the staff could be more helpful and the selection of snacks is often limited.They make good coffee though and isn’t THAT what it is all about?

1st time there, didnt know if Ill get served by a waiter or must I order by the counter, so I walked up to the counter, waited to be helped, the lady( who makes the coffee) behind the counter walked up to me didnt ask if I needed help or anything she just turned around. I had to call her to help. Once she got to me she had the worse customer skills I have ever seen.She looked at me like I killed her cat and very very unfriendly. When I asked her to get someone to help us, she shouted Jess (something like that) just come help this people.My grandfather was so disappointed on the coffee. My coffee came before my grandfathers.This was not worth my money, next time Ill go mug and bean!I know one customer is no loss to you but train your staff how to work with people or you will lose more!Will never go back!

After doing a 20km run, I drove super quickly to receive my discovery benefit smoothie. I had been CRAVING the whole day. I rushed in at 5:20, to staff that were half closing the shop and bored to be told, Oh, were offline. Then a man who I assume was the manager to come out hearing all this, not asking of I had a pin to scan or seeing if something could be organised, (like going back online) or apologising, he said. Theres a vida in bethelsdorp. Shrugged, and walked away. I love Vida chai latte smoothies but I doubt I will EVER go back to Vida after being a 3 times a week customer for years. Nice going Vida. Winning. *Fuming.
