I went to the pie station to pick up something quick for lunch and there was no one around. There were employees gathered in a room nearby the station but no one bothered to help me. I took a walk around the store and when i came back someone was there to help I asked what the flavors of the pies are because there were no labels. And the woman heaved the heaviest sigh, gave me the stink eye and then listed them with very great difficulty because she couldnt remember the flavors. Then by the time I have spent 20 minutes on the store just to get a pie, I get in line at the express tills where there is one person working and a very long line of customers.

I bought a washing machine at this store at the 3rd of January 2021 and started my query in my 6months warranty which means that I can get a new one so that manager told us off my mother was very upset saying harsh words because this gentleman didnt ask us or the worker when we started to complain about this broken machine so please tell me what to do because I informed my lawyer to write a letter Im filing a complaint against this store.... And that manager was very arrogant, thats why Im filing a complaint.... Bad service rander and I travel so far because this was my number 1 store for 23yrs but now yoh its bad

I bought biltong and droë wors yesterday and simply enjoyed the biltong,but the droë wors was horrible,FULL of FAT...it was like eating fat...

PnP William Moffett is great store to take a leisurely walk through a search out good deals. The PnP clothing is really of a very high standard. I would certainly rate the quality of their clothing higher than Woolies (kids dept) and they have fantastic specials and an excellent variety of cute clothing for children. No better store for kids clothing! Their entertainment dept is a bit lacking, chaotic and understaffed. The shelves in some places were looking rather messy and empty. The flowers and plants weve brought from their store are always of a superb quality. Well done!

Large versatile shop with every thing you can find!

Service at the tills are slow. Long ques and they place all these weird and wonderful bins in the center of the walkways.3/12/2017 Still long ques. Service still slow especially when the store is busy and half the tills are closed. Still have these stupid bins in the middle if the walk ways.

Always a pleasure, spacious and well packed shelves and isles, products are indicated well with signs with specials well highlighted. The store is clean and tidy and pleasant to visit.

Its just endless hassles with this store and appliances. We have had two major issues with large appliances in the past Now after buying a mini air cooler from them, the cable, instruction manual and spare seal is missing. The filter inside is wet, which means someone else has used it and returned it and this terribly unprofessional outfit simply put it back on the shelf. How can they even operate like this?

Tills where very slow. Half of my list I had to buy from different shop because selves where empty. Funny how I was thinking that the hyper would be better and cheaper. Shop around people. Learned my lesson.

We visited your your store this afternoon around 13h00, before my appointment at the specialist. Staying in Jeffreys Bay, we decided to visit the Hypermarket in William Moffat as we normally do our shopping at PnP Jeffreys..We were attracted by a notice advertising a special on the 2.25lt colddrinks, but the notice distinctly said ; 7 bottles for R100-When we got to the till, I reminded the attendant that this was on the special stating ; 7 for R 100-. She called her supervisor, whom was not very friendly and informed us that the special is only 6. Being in a bit of a hurry for the appointment, we accepted, but asked them to please make sure they check on the notice at the basket, where displayed.Our other items were 3 of the 6x300ml tab, fanta orange & grenadella twist, that were all marked as R 39.99 per pack of 6. A packet of Willards Cheese Curls of R 15.99.Being in a bit of a hurry after standing a in queue for a while and the dispute at the till, we just paid with a credit card and left.On our way home late this afternoon, we discussed our disappointment in PnP of late and the manner this was handled by their staff. We then searched for the till slip to see what the actual billing was, as the message from the bank stated R303.96 2 June 13h14.Bill should have been - R 100.00 6 x 2.25lt colddrinks119.97 3 packs of 300ml colddrink tins15.99 Cheese Curls.Total R 235.96 opposed to the R303.96 that we paid!!?Our experience of your store and the service from the cashier/supervisor, is definitely not to be recommended to anyone.

Placed an order online for delivery and paid. I booked the delivery time slot 12-1 pm. Its now 3 pm and I cant get through to the store. Not even the customer service call centre can get through to the store. Wont be ordering from them again

Good selection at great prices. Affordable clothing, tools, lots of fresh fruit and veg, fresh hot food and breads all in a clean environment with good lighting. Queues are the only let down, long and slow. Otherwise a great place and good experience.

Poor form Pick n Pay hyper your closing times are 17:00 during Covid 19, you closed the doors 16:30 due to long ques according to your security at the door. I wont be carrying out my shopping at your branch again. I could only get to your store before 17:00.

Very disappointed in their service. We have been phoning every day for the past 2 weeks to find out about knives that theyll be getting in as part of the Jamie Oliver collection promotion running, only to hear that theyre still waiting for the delivery and that they will phone us as soon as they have knives in stock. We went in to find out that all the knives have been collected and that weve missed out on the promotion.

Never enough tills open during peak hires and normal hires. What is the point having 26 tills when only 7 are open? Then you have the so called 10 items or less tills. Only 1 till is ever open and its always a queue with people with full trolleys. Shocking establishment with no leadership.Lets not even talk about the lack of stock. Thats even worse.

First of all, they close a queue on very busy lines. We were second from the front and the queue was closed right in front of us and we needed to move to a new long queue and start the waiting process all over again. Then once we got to the front of that queue, we were told the Card machines do not work and we need to go draw money no prior notification (for example on entering the store). So off to the ATM you go with your groceries already scanned. You get to a queue at the ATM (since there are only two ATMs in the centre). No extra security there??? Not caring at all about their customers safety. There were some dodgy characters hanging around there as well making you feel unsafe drawing large amount of cash as instructed by the cashier. No security in sight leaving you vulnerable to attacks! Then wait when you get to the counter to claim your pots rewards (another queue) and guess what, they do not even have stock of 2 of the range, telling us to come back Wednesday as they might be getting in then. Hands down the worst shopping experience of my life in the 12 years of doing my own shopping! Managements planning and critical thinking is on par with those failing government departments. Two out of 3 of my worst shopping experiences was with this business and branch! Last time I tried to speak to the Manager (Think he surname is Smith, he is grey and overweight), he showed so much disinterest in me speaking to him and rolled his eyes once I pointed out to him problems I were experiencing with the store.He was on duty once again today and I did not bother speaking to him as the last time he made it abundantly clear that he has no interest in the customers, leaving me to rather write a review this time! This use to be a well ran store, but the last 2 years (out of the 8 years shopping there) it was just getting worse and worse to the point of me writing a review and will not continue shopping there!

Im standing at their door because their advert stated they open @ 6:00 this morning but they told me no they only open @ 9:00. Such an inconvenience because Im coming from uitenhage and Im now going to be late for work. Truly unprofessional, not even apologies for the false advertisement and my inconvenience.

This hypermarket offers great variety with good prices, including bulk and daily specials. The public space is clean and the staff is helpful in assisting. The walkway has good width that doesnt make you feel claustrophobic.

Good day.Today, 2 June 2019, we visited your outlet to purchase an upright freezer and a lawnmower and would just like to compliment Khaya on the great service, he went out of his way to locate the supervisor/salesperson in the lawnmower dept assist us, made sure that everthing was in order with barcodes and arranged for the delivery on monday. Also we saved over R1000.00 on the same products. We first went to builders warehouse where service was so bad as nobody was interested to assist us.THANK YOU KHAYA..

Terrible. Waiting for more than 20min before anyone attended to my online purchase. Then i had to walk up and down before i could get my order. What is the use of online shopping when you still have to walk up and down in the shop?

Massive PnP. Huge variety and great bulk options with discounts. Good for the monthly shop. Can be really busy and a bit crowded. Tills take a long time.

Bought a deep freezer and had to wait more than 45minutes to be attended too. Got at home and unpackaged the freezer to find out that it had a large scratch like dent on its surface. Very disappointed with the service and damage to product.
