I love my snow master but beware of Fords policies! We live remotely and it lives in the back of my club cab Ranger for the past 3 years! You may like me to be accused of overloading the vehicles electrical system! I drive a 4x4 and took it for a service with a snow master plugged into the rear axillary plug as thousands of 4x4 uses do. It is not hard-wired into the vehicle, it is simply plugged into the vehicles axillary plug. The axillary plug is not overloaded and still has the original fuse! They put on my job card that the vehicle is fitted with aftermarket accessories that cause a load on the electric circuit (PS it is not fitted just secured with a luggage strap to the vehicles luggage anchor points so that it does not move around!) Why do these vehicles come with an axillary plug if they should not be used? I tried to call the service manager and was told he will call me back still waiting!

I took my SnoMaster fridge in to be repaired. The service provided was exemplary and within ten days my unit was returned to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend SnoMaster products because of their manufacturing quality and the warranty support.

Took in a fridge to be repaired. Had great service. Promised to get back to us within a few days to let us know if it was a big or small repair. If it was minor we could have it back in 7 days, if major it could take a few weeks. After 7 days and no phone call we contacted them and they said they it was a major repair and were waiting for spares. 10 days later we phoned again and they said it was an old model and they were struggling to get parts. A week later we phoned again and they said they were trying to make a plan by using parts from an older fridge and would get back to us. A week later we went there and they said they are still hoping to repair it. A week later we called again and they said sorry they cant repair it. They will offer us a good price on a new fridge and would email us a quote. To this day not one person has EVER lifted the phone to contact us and no email quote has ever been sent. We were always so happy with their service but after this experience we will never buy Snowmaster again after having owned one for over 15 years. Very very disappointed in their service.

Took our camping fridge in for repair. Truly amazing friendly service. Go out of their way to be helpful. But...After a month of us calling weekly to find out what is happening with our fridge they have now decided it cant be repaired. Never once did they call us and after the last call in which they promised to email a quote on a replacement fridge we are still waiting. After service has been terrible. Promises of calling back never happen. Will be buying a new fridge but definitely not a Snomaster.

No service. I tried on various occasions to get pricing and details of products for our shop. I wanted to order quantities of their products but they showed no interest in returning my calls or emails. I also went there in person but still no luck. I was fobbed off by a sales assistant who didnt know the pricing. Such a nice brand but so poorly represented.

Not only are their camping fridges the best there is but they have the service to match. My fridge had a small problem and it was fixed under warranty by their workshop in no time. I was kept informed via sms the whole time. The only downside of my visit there is that I cant afford all the lovely camping equipment they offer. At least I could feast my eyes and wait for the next open day exhibition and special promotions

Snomaster VT155 Wine CoolerI got this unit as an insurance replacement for a previous wine cooler (not the same make), and I am so disappointed in this product. The compressor or systems keep going on every 5mins, and we dont even open the door during the day. The wine cooler is so noisy and is the most annoying sound that you cant also have a conversation with someone without everyone commenting that the wine cooler is so loud. The previous wine cooler I had had an A energy rating and was very quiet, and this has a C rating. It would be nice for online stores to make this info available to you before you purchase. In short, Snomaster fridges are not very energy efficient. If you are looking to save on your energy bill, stay away from this product.
