Not what expected but the staff friendly, estate agent doesnt know her job. But pleasant

The worst complex to live in. There is no form of communication whatsoever. I have been having water outages for over 3 weeks, without a warning.. It just cuts off.. Any time of day or night, for hours.. Sometimes all day and night. Residents are left in the dark to just wait for it to come back. The only good thing is its location and security... But living in a place where you are not sure whether youre going to have water or not is unacceptable, esp with a baby. If its communicated to us, it would make a huge difference.
