Security in this place knows what they’re doing. The place is always maintained and looked after. It’s beautiful and pet friendly. It’s also quiet and close to everything. Downside: pricy! You get your money’s worth though.

Lovely place however, the walls are extremely thin. You can hear your next door neighbour boiling water with his kettle from your apartment. If you stay on a lower floor, you can hear your neighbour on the upper floor talking on the phone or going up or down the stairs. You have whisper when talking. Terrible

Be warned; under the tranquility hides a set of trustees who have been allowing certain occupants to get away with disruptive behavior for a very long time. This can be such a great place to stay but there’s an unwillingness to take on the difficult stuff. The security guards allow people in an out of the estate during curfew hours without taking any responsibility. The security company is very reactive and have to be contacted to attend to occupants breaking the rules. The trustees are unknown and unapproachable and the managing agent hardly respond to emails.The gym is 15 years old so don’t be fooled that there’s a gym.A big threat are the renting agents who don’t screen people properly and don’t hand over estate rules to new occupants.Plus the estate dont seem to have rules about noisy animals and the size of dogs they allow in such a tiny space, some occupants keep huge dogs and many leave animals alone, who bark day and night.

A great complex, but the people seldom have respect for their neighbours! An early Balwin development with early Balwin teething problems. The complex has been repainted and it’s looking great!

Security excellent, Estate Manager (Walter) always helpful, NO noise (very quiet), garden services high standard, swimming pool & gym a GREAT BONUS. Levy relatively LOW comparing to other nearby Estates, situated in Bedfordview. Best choice I have ever made when it comes to buying property!! Come see yourself. 👏🏊👌🌴🏠🏡🌞😀💃

Large extremely well maintained complex . Secure perimeter wall plus gate security and patrolling guards. Cats and dogs allowed. There is also a basic gym on the premises.

Good security, well-maintained landscaping, dog-friendly - tenants need to be better about picking up after their dogs around the complex though.
